I ordered breakfast off the mobile app because they weren’t allowing Dine-in, then they said that they didn’t have any more eggs and were not gonna cook anymore so they asked it I wanted the eggs to be substituted with anything else. I told them to just cancel the order which they said they didn’t know how to and the manager was gonna call later to sort it out. I never got a phone call and got charged for food that I never received.
The food here has always been sub par, it is Taco Bell after all, but it is getting worse. The steak quesadilla was overdone with hardly any steak in it at all & the cinnamon crisps had zero flavor and have an off putting crunch that seems really wrong.I don't expect a lot from Taco Bell, but come on this is really awful!
Drive thru::: Was on a road trip and stopped here for dinner with my family. The food was not made how I asked despite paying extra. The tortilla chips were disgustingly old. The guy was cold and silent. Not friendly at all. Only plus was the food was relatively hot.
Every single time I order or get something here it's VASTLY different from any other taco bell location and not in a good way. It's so bad. Lying to customer about having items, charging them for it, and then giving them something that doesn't even remotely resemble what you asked for is ridiculous. Consider closing this location it's been like this for years..
These guys are always great. Order food on the app. Tell them when you're going to pick it up. Pick it up when you tell them. Enjoy. Not like the McOthers who take your mobile order and make you wait 10 minutes after you've arrived to get it.
I have never gone inside. The food is exactly what you'd expect from Taco Bell.My only complaint is the drive through is very narrow and can be hard to navigate with a big vehicle.
Your order will never be correct. Pay extra for steak and you get beef. Ask for no cheese you’ll get a ton of cheese. Always, ALWAYS wrong.
They're nice. It's a taco bell...
Under staffed, waited almost 20 minutes to get my food..... Plus, the employees were more concerned with the drive thru patrons then the dining room customers.........
I come in everyday at 3 am. I usually get the Quesarito that has the triple cheese and triple chuckie beef. Smeeongnthwm the soap makes my fingers smell beast,Do I used my hand to eat, yep, no mess.
