This place is worth a road trip! We are blessed to have it right in our back door in downtown Stevens Point!Delicious fresh roasted coffees, fresh, healthy ingredient food that presents as good as it tastes, friendly staff, fun merch, other local businesses promoted, bakery that’s second to none… are just a few reasons you’ll love Ruby. The crepes are a hands down favorite. Either savory and filling or if you have a sweet tooth, the other varieties are amazing but not too sweet! The avocado toast and egg were done to perfection and give you lots of good energy to start your day. The quiche is always amazing too but you have to get there early to get any!! It’s a popular item!Enjoy lots of variety of drinks, anyway you like your coffee. The Ruby crew knows what they’re doing and the atmosphere proves they take pride in the outcome!!You won’t be disappointed with this local favorite!

I cannot recommend this establishment enough. The breakfast bowl was so yummy, my maple latte (with oat milk and a little cinnamon) was incredible, and to top it off the staff working today (Hannah and Rachel) were extremely kind, helpful, and perfect complements to this adorable location. Hands down my new favorite spot, I will be a returning customer!

Cool shop and great coffee. Warm and friendly staff. Very new age coffee shop feel. Have not tried the food yet, but based on what I saw, and what’s on the menu, I plan to come back to do so. The Maple and Homey Latte ( ordered one of each) were both top notch.…. Follow up->I have now had both the French toast, the skillet bowl, and Birds Nest. All are ??? yummy ?. You can tell they are made fresh with Whole Foods and less processing. Also like that things are locally sourced when possible.

Wonderful coffee, and exciting food options! Ordering online is super easy and convenient. The breakfast scone is culinary genius! Bakery items have all been winners for me. A+

Maple Latte & Americano- Delish as Always!☕?Lentil and Leek Soup with Grilled Cheese was just the ticket to warm us up(even Bodhi approved of the Grilled Cheese??)❄️☃️?Whether popping in and picking up an order, staying in and enjoying a cup of coffee and some nosh or even ordering beans from several states away. Ruby Coffee Roasters is always a delight to do business with and their food, coffee and beans are the Best in the business- Top-Notch all the way around!! ?????

I was on my way from the Madison area to my home in NE Wisconsin. Not being familiar with the Stevens Point area, I nevertheless got hungry and had found my way to a Perkins Restaurant I’d seen off hi-way signage just off the exit. Anyhow, I waited awhile for someone to attend to me and after a moderate wait I was informed there would be at least a half hour wait as a basketball team was coming in. Looking around and seeing almost no one there I was ok, well to say, a little miffed.I told the help I was going to go as I had a small dog in the car that I didn’t want to leave for too long (Stella was orientated in the car to the sun and I had was hoping for a view of the car from the seating area). Driving about to avoid getting mired in negative thought, I told myself I was going to find someplace better. After meandering a bit, trying one location then another attempt (as well as visiting the Stevens Point’s downtown and remembering this is a college town and I’m like “cool”) I found Ruby’s downtown. Did I find something better than Perkins?! Yes on all accounts!!!I never take pics of my food, so didn’t this time either. Wished I had!! It was not only beautiful but delicious! Since it was a brunch type entree, I would have liked a juice option, but ended up having tea (drink it, but coffee isn’t always my first choice). Only reason it isn’t quite a 5 star for me. Small suggestion to an otherwise excellent experience.Oh, and not knowing the menu going in, I asked the person waiting on me suggestions and with nicely guided questions, she brought me to a good choice ?

Very nice little cafe with a nice crew. Tried the Maple Latte and Sweet Scone (Gluten Free). Coffee was delicious. Scone was surprisingly good for gluten free. Will visit again.

I had a great experience at RCR. A really comfortable vibe, and manager, Kellen, and staff Abbie & Aaron (sp?) were great. My coffee was well crafted, prices more than fair for a craft coffee, and I was immediately welcomed and engaged with. Strong recommend.

Lovely space and kind staff! I had the sourdough bagel and a sparkling americano, both were delicious. They also have seasonal latte options that looked delicious. If I lived in the area I would go everyday!
