I have been to a lot of QDOBA locations as I love the food, this was easily the worst QDOBA experience I have ever had. We got to smell tobacco while ordering because of an employee smoking by the drive thru order window. Very slow order experience with no confirmation or confidence they heard us correct. They gave us the right protein, but rang up the wrong price. They gave us the wrong persons order before we corrected them. Burrito was not wrapped well and had to be eaten with a fork. We got about 1/4th the amount of chips I have received at other locations.
Wish I could give 1 star. Saw employees coming out of the bathroom without washing their hands. Saw cook with a vape by the grill. Rude servers. Worst experience.
I cant give a negative star so they get 1.Not Good. 3 employees standing around. Filthy tables and floors. Never cleaned off from the last guest. The staff seemed more concerned about there phones then cleaning anything. The soda machine had few choices to pick from as many were unavailable. The soda machine was STICKY. Do you clean this? EVER? The bathroom was beyond bad. I thought some of these details would be better with the extra precautions people are taking these days. Just a very unclean experience for a time of the day they should be cleaned from the lunch hour. I would usually give places a second chance but I cant here. Oh the food was fair. I dont think it was worth the rest of conditions that were there to deal with.
Just left, middle of the afternoon, 3 employees standing around, worrying about where the 4th is that was not there, food was adequate, cleanliness was unacceptable, every table was dirty from past patrons, soda machine looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a week, bathrooms were a disaster as well, noticed kitchen area behind the counter looked like a tornado went through it, overall will not be stopping at this location again
This location is super accommodating, friendly, and always has the freshest of ingredients. Everytime I am in the area for lunch i stop by.
I left a negative review, but they fixed everything. Amazing customer service.
Usually great food and service, but today we ordered two burrito bowls and got less chips on the side than any other single order side of chips
My daughters' really like the food here. They order the rice bowl where you can choose your meat, type of rice and whatever toppings you would like. A little pricey, but everything's gone up in price. I would recommend this place. Also, they prepare your food accurately and fast.
I love the food here and the workers are efficient and friendly. There was even a deal going on where I received free chips and queso with my meal. The prices are hit-or-miss, even with vegetarian options, but if you want a quick Mexican bite on the go, Qdoba is worth stopping in to.
I shouldn't compare this place to a Chipotle, but I can't help but do just that. It doesn't quite stack up. The flavors just were not cohesive, and the food serving line was a mess. Rice everywhere, lol. I've only been here once though. The bag of chips was generous. Not enough salt but there never is.
