I ordered an iced caramel mocha and got a large one and there is no ice in it. It looks as if it was made by accident and sitting out on the counter for hours before handing it to us. The whip cream filled the 1/4 of the cup up and the drink tastes like plain milk.
Lobby is closed. Kids can’t go potty, even though the door says, “come on in”. Drive thru took 25 minutes.Should have just got the subway at the gas station down the street cuz their bathroom and lobby was open.

I haven't been to McDonald's in two years and before that it was 5 years since I went to a McDonald's.Somehow they screwed up our order twice. First they forgot the drinks. Then the sandwich was a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. I got a regular chicken sandwich.Reminds me of why I stopped going there.
It took 4 times tell her my order for her to still get it wrong. Med Carmel frap and large sweet tea. Where did a request for brewed coffee was mentioned? I had to wait for a tea?
