5 pm Friday manager was terrible. Ordered ice cream. The manager gave me this sloppy thing and it fell on the counter. He looked at it for a moment, contemplated if he should give me a new one but then shrugged and offered the Fallen one to me. I shook my head and said no that I wanted a new one and so he gave me one. I didn't know if he was new or not or maybe just tired so I said that for next time he should always give a new one and that ones like that should never be given away as it is a health hazard. He was quite cross with me at that but didn't say anything just walking away. Later I found that the counter where the ice cream fell wasn't even cleaned and the ice cream was still there so I had to ask another employee to clean it. Thankfully they did.
Terrible food preparation, I often eat from this location with my pregnant girlfriend and we are often met by this disgusting raw uncooked burger. Never going back here again!
I don't frequent McDonald's much, but was really hungry after work and decided to stop off for 2 burgers and a fry. The burgers were undercooked for sure... I didn't realize this until I got home. Having read some of the other reviews I think I will stay well away from this establishment. The only thing that earned this two stars is the French fries were edible.
Staff seemed overwhelmed today but still got my food quickly and tasted like standard McDonald's I'm used to
Went here to grab some quick food before taking our kids to a movie. Went up to the window and the guy said “we have nothing ready for you pull to spot 3” waited 15 mins and finally went in and we found out they gave our food to someone else. People are clueless here.
The dining room was closed, so that was a bummer, but I have to say the staff was amazing! Having two very young children, of course, they both had to go to the bathroom, and the manager was so nice to let us use the restroom! Not only was the food good, I was very pleased at how understanding and nice the manager was to let us in!!
Waited over ten minutes for my mobile order I paid for and ran out of time on my break. Drive thru that showed up after me got their food fine. I just wanted a hamburger. Paid for it but thought it would take less than ten minutes.
I honestly don't understand why there's a 2nd drive thru lane, when it's never in use. Seems like a lot of time and money went into something just taking up space. Also - they constantly advertise that they're hiring, then turn away perfectly fine candidates. The bantering between some of their management staff on social media is atrocious. The food has been great as of late - though I've read some interesting stories as to how they've been keeping it warm, which makes me rethink going there anymore.

Ordered only 2 items and a drink. Got the drink and fries right, but wrong sandwich, again. Has happened 2 of last 3 visits.They need a break today so I’ll go across the street to TJ’s tomorrow.
