Plain and simple, this place sucks (Stevens Point location specific). Other locations I have experienced are fantastic, which is why I kept giving the Stevens Point location another shot.Customer service is decent. Not great but not horrible. Clearly employees don't like their job or take pride..its understandable but still.As far as quality and appearance...1 star..because it's still technically edible.Pizzas are frequently undercooked or overcooked and I have had many pizzas that are mostly charred on the underside. I've had to throw them away (waste of money and time). Had times where they give me the wrong type of pizza, topping or it just doesn't look appealing.Breadsticks are ALWAYS very ugly looking and misshapen. Some of them are very small in scale to others, burnt, dried out etc.I used to eat at Little Caesars all the time but not so much anymore. I still come back every few weeks or months hoping that quality has improved but I am always left disappointed.Sometimes, you will get lucky and your order will be pretty decent but 9 times out of ten, it's no good.I really don't know what's going on at this location but it can't be that big of an issue...you make pizza and Breadsticks...c'mon.Please don't eat here...
Not sure why everyone is complaining about pizzas not being available. Order online, it will be ready in like 15 minutes or so. I have never had any issues ordering online. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes they forget to put a zap pack (pizza seasoning) in the box which is heartbreaking cause I love that seasoning but it's okay the cosmos are just telling me I have a sodium addiction and to cool it for a day.
Cheese bread was not up to the standards of what it should look like did not open box till I got home very disappointed Cuts were awkward no cheese on the twisted dry ends & no seasoning on it
Food is never ready and when they push the food out fast its severely undercooked. You can wait in line for 15-20 minutes just to get nasty tasting pizza... will never go here again screw this place and screw the incompetent manager
I've been here many times and it's never bad.
A $5 pizza is just that. It was made to order, everything was great till I noticed you only get 1pk of the Zap Pak. Almost had 5 stars. A quick cheap fix. Good job.
