The general manager treated me with the utmost disrespect. I was told to shut up numerous times, all because my slim did not come with cheese on it, after I had paid for it. I truly cannot believe how disrespectful he was! I highly recommend going to subway or cousins before ever going to this establishment. I will be contacting corporate to lodge a formal complaint.
Literally rock hard bread. Barely any lettuce on the sub & forgot ingredients I had ordered on it. Good service but bad quality food. Would recommend going to Subway or Erbs& Gerbs before going here.*I would leave the comment with the establishment but I am not going to be required to put in my address for it.
Terrible service had to remake my sandwich 3 times and it was still wrong If I could give them a 0 I would.
I called this place to get an ordered delivered.......at a business who used to brag about how fast they DELIVER....The girl on the phone simply said, "We aren't doing deliveries right now, we don't have a driver right now".So, apparently, rather than fill in as a driver for a couple weeks until they can find some kid to do it, the manager, assistant manager, and or the owner of the store would rather lose money and customers than man-up and drive around town dropping off subs to people.I'd rather get drop kicked by a horse than use some delivery service like door dash that just adds on more costs to the final price....than receive the delivery service that we have come to expect from Jimmy John's themselves. Very disappointed.
Stopped yesterday to grab a sandwich, sat at the speaker for a few minutes, said “hello”, waited, thought, maybe the speaker doesn’t work, pulled to the window after waiting for a few more minutes, there were about 5 younger kids working, I asked if the speaker was broke, oh, no, they all just stood and looked at me, I stated I was sitting there for how long and nobody acknowledged me, the girl then asked if I wanted to order, ummm, nope, just thought I would spend about 15 minutes here to fill up my day! Seriously! No Thank You!!
Whoever was working last night had absolutely zero customers service skills. Terrible.
Asked for no tomatoes, gave me tomatoes. Asked for avocado, got charged, no avocado. Had to go back to get the avocado. The chicken in the chicken wrap is complete garbage. Horrible customer service previously, the owner laughed at our request and talked negative while we were sitting in the lobby. Will not be coming back.
Underwhelming. Rated against every other sub shop in the area I'd repeat the same. Underwhelming. This is formula franchise food and not at it's best.
