Great ambience in this place. It's often a place I take people from out of town who come visit Stevens Point. The staff is always kind and attentive. My last visit was on the 25th. Ordered a Caesar wrap that was Tiny, however the burgers ordered received two thumbs up. Work on your wrap game burgers are great!
The food was okay and the prices are fair. I had the fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken was dry but the rest of it was good The drinks taste good but they're weak.
Pleasant little pub with some fantastic outdoor seating. I loved the rustic indoor style and barrel style entrance walkway. My drink of choice was a cucumber Moscow mule but there was a plethora of other adult drinks to choose from - including beer. The service was a bit slow for an unpacked slow hour. Also no gluten free options were available for those who may need it.
We ordered the fried cheese curds, and they were delicious. Our dinners and drinks were good as well, but the service was not. It was a Saturday night and they were busy, but it was almost 9pm and winding down. Our server seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there. It's definitely worth stopping by, though.
This place is SO AWESOME. Best service ever. Especially Alida, she was so sweet and speedy, beautiful girl. The food was seriously the bomb. Highly recommend the spinach artichoke dip(drooling).
Very busy, but then if it's good, it should be. We had to wait roughly 30 minutes, but it was it worth it. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Accommodated and tolerated our big hockey group great.Food was great.I ordered water, and when others got water they had a lemon. I should of asked for a lemon slice but didn't think of it. I asked the waitress when she had time if she could bring one back. She asked me to wait a moment...uh ok! I did ask when she had time. I never got it, whatever. Can't let one bad apple ruin it for the rest of the place.
Bartenders were great and kept a watchful eye on if I needed another drink or not. Was moderately busy but didn't require any reservation. Sat at the bar and had appetizers, spinach and artichoke dip, mac and cheese bites, cheese curds, and chicken flippers, which were yummy. The bread for the dip wasn't very good though, because it was so thick.
I ate here 2 nights in a row because it’s so awesome Steaks and shrimp were great. Nice atmosphere with TV’s to watch sports and lots of interesting history to this place. Good drinks and excellent service I’m spoiled now. Won’t go anywhere else Highest possible recommendations to this place
Hilltop used to be my favorite restaurant in town. The food was always excellent, the service was awesome and the prices were fair. The last several times the food has been terrible (undercooked fish, fries were stale, wrap was dry and lacked flavor) and the service was horrible. The only personality displayed by the waitresses could only be described as bitchy. I e been here dozens of times but will not be back.
