A few years ago, my review would be different. Today, the service has gone down hill. The food was not good. A hair in my salad, over cooked curds and the soup was not creamy (more watery). It wasn’t busy at all and we waited longer than needed to be seated. The staff did no look happy to be there. Just wasn’t happy at all. We used to love coming here, not anymore.

What a wonderful stop. Here visiting Steven’s Point just stopped without looking at reviews. What a pleasant place and everything made from scratch. Definitely recommend!

Horrible experience. We came around 3:00pm so not a very busy time in the restaurant. It took 3 waitstaff to look at us and roughly 5 minutes before we were seated. We were also handed dirty paper menus that were very dirty with food particles and grease stains. That was a big turn off for us after just being sat down. Once seating our waitress, Gracie, took another 5 minutes before greeting us and taking our drink order. She never gave us the specials or went over the soup options like one usually does, just right to the drinks never asked us if we’ve been there before, about appetizers, or anything like that. When we got our pizza, which at least took 20+ minutes, it was filled with oil, it looked like there was a bottle of oil just dumped on it and it made it hard to stomach the pizza down. She then asked if we wanted more bread and oil as well, we said yes. She took our plates away and returned with our already used oil plate and our already used bread plates. HUGE red flag and a no-no. We didn’t even touch the bread, or oil but had to use the plates since she didn’t bring us any other plates for our pizza. My partner and I were very disgusted and upset about this. It almost makes you wonder what else they reuse if they have the chance, definitely some health code violations going on there. Not to mention the area where we were seated was nowhere near clean. There was a larger table sitting there with dirty dishes on it for much of our time there. I understand it’s one thing to not get to it when the restaurant is busy but there were only maybe 7 tables in there at that time, also the floor was absolutely disgusting and filled with crumbs and other foods. Gracie herself was wearing a crop top and a mask just below her upper lip, if you are going to wear a mask please wear it correctly and crop tops are just unprofessional, especially in a restaurant of what use to be a high standing in my opinion. She also never once asked how we were, if we wanted refills even though our drinks were low, she only asked when she gave us the bill. I use to eat here all the time but after the pandemic it seems this place has really gone down hill and it seems to be a common trend with either reviews and it’s highly disappointing to see the restaurant responding saying they will address the issues but it’s very clear that they haven’t done a single thing about it. I definitely will not be returning any time soon to “try you guys out again.” These are issues that need to be taken seriously and fixed asap.

Food has always been good. But the recent staff sucks. Bathrooms had not been cleaned for atleast 24 hours. Multiple customers informed staff and nothing was done about it during the 2 hours were there. Older gal who sat us argued with other staff at the bar. We also had a trainee with our waitress. Between the three staff. We didn't get our soups until we had the main course after asking. Tables did not get cleaned off between seating. We have been to this establishment many times. Most of the time its above standard. This occasion was less then McDonald's quality for staff.

I always forget about this place, but every time I go, I'm kicking myself that I don't go more often. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the bread with olive oil and herbs is SO tasty!! (Although I could go for more olive oil because YUM!) I've never had a bad meal here... Everything is great.

Me and my husband dined in. Drinks were good. The wait time on food was ridiculous because they were short staffed in the kitchen. My shrimp skewers were burnt and they could use a lil more seasoning on their dishes. Prices were decent.

We have been to Grazies the last 2 Fridays. We enjoyed the perch dinner chicken marsala chicken pesto sauce seafood pescari? and very happy with quality of the food, freshness of the salads and bread dipping oil. The happy hour was a nice addition 1/2 price off tap beer. I sensed some staff were a no show that night but the rest of the staff hustled and provided a great effort to satisfy us. Thanks Grazies

great food good atmosphere and good friendly service!

Walked in. Bartender acknowledged me. I ordered a drink and a water. She gave me my water. Walked away, I assumed to go make a drink. At this time another bartender walked by a few times, asked if I wanted something. I informed her the other bartender took my order for a cocktail. She walked away. . Didn't come back even though I had no drink and the other bartender was nowhere to be found. I wanted to order lunch and get my cocktail. Another 5 minutes later and I decided to leave being I got no service. As I'm walking through the parking lot I saw the first bartender pulling out of the lot.

Our server Olivia was fabulous. The bread and oil starter was scrumptious, and the pasta meals were outrageously wonderful!
