The way to my heart is with a large plate of traditional Spaghetti and Meat Sauce from here. The menu is all good food items to order. But I’ll be coming back repeatedly and often for the basic but best dish.

We love stopping at fazolis ever since they closed down all the locations in Chicagoland area so we frequent often on our trips up north. Easy and cheap fast Italian food. Yummy breadsticks!
About 2-3 years ago I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this location. It made me almost never want to visit again.I’m so glad we did tonight. You can tell staff has changed since. Chauncey was above and beyond the nicest customer service worker I’ve encountered in a very long time. Extremely friendly, professional and prompt. He was also great with our kid. I would recommend this place to anyone on the service alone, any day.
We visited the Stevens Point, WI location recently because we don’t have a Fazoli’s near us and we were blown away by the service. Chauncey went above and beyond for us (and every other customer who walked in). He was warm, friendly, chatted with us and made sure our experience was top notch. I rarely leave reviews, especially for fast food establishments, but we were so impressed. Will definitely return next time we’re in the area.
Pam was the absolute BEST! So attentive, and incredibly sweet. Made our quick lunch so much more enjoyable than we expected. Food was delicious!!

Chauncey make the experience a pleasure and was really nice and friendly. Mac and cheese was ok at best but the bread sticks are always amazing.
