I got the ice cream here- delicious. I think they were understaffed but the staff were very friendly and upbeat and seemed to be working hard to keep up with orders.
The ice cream was fine, but we were shocked to find out once our ice cream was scooped into the cone and we were already at the register that a CAKE cone is an extra charge of $1.50. From a quick view of the menu it does not disclose the upcharge. This information should be posted on the glass OR be shared to customers by the server. What should have been a $3 order was nearly $7. Not transparent service whatsoever. They also charge you for a cup of water which is kind of lame! Take your business to a local ice cream place or Zest instead.
I have been this location several times since they opened and been disappointed/dissatisfied for most of them. I decided to give it more chances since they are new, but it’s not seeming to improve. I have gotten inedible hashbrowns, gross teas, burnt toast and tasteless shakes. I have had great experiences at other Dunkin’s and this one is subpar. Will not be returning.
The garbage bins are always full if not over flowing!!! The way the employees take orders is chaotic and inefficient. Curious, why don't they carry the pointer special??? Every coffee tastes different...PLEASE figure out how to all pump the same amount of flavor!!! Counters are very crowded. Mostly friendly staff.
They do a GREAT job here! I order a non-dairy milkshake extra thick and they make it perfect every time. Service is efficient, genuine, and enjoyable. The staff is amazing, very accommodating to dietary needs and food allergies. Love these guys
Unfriendly staff, they seemed overwhelmed and irritated. Few customers ahead of me had Sunday coupons. They were paying icecream with them. The store was busy, staff doesn't handle well this scenario. I asked for two scoops and got a kiddy size. Paid two scoops and barely get a scoop.Tried to redeem one free scoop to buy another scoop apparently is good only Monday to Thursday. They refused to granted based on the weekly store rule. The promotional on my perks doesn't specifies Monday to Thursday only.
For years it came up in random conversations and hopeful daydreams that we have been good in life and deserving of a Dunkin Donuts off the corner of campus. The fresh aroma of Arabica beans and wonderful pastries drizzled with gleaming tastiness.After giving them a try on opening week wasn't impressed. Stale coffee and donuts at 10 am. So I gave em a mulligan. Second try in February on the 13. Stopped in at around one. Coffee was meh and didn't add the cream and sugar in wrong amounts (ordered a dunkin regular). One more try today at 3. Medium Dunkin regular. Coffee had been sitting a while and not that hot, certainly not the awesome Dunkin fresh hot made every 12 minute goodness that everyone loves. Hate to give a bad review and if you check my profile this is only the second I've ever done. Disappointed in you guys. I'm not coming back until you change.
I'm not a fan of their ice cream & every time we've come here the order is incorrect.
If there is a way to use/order different ways/items of dying the frosting that would be great. The purple dye was the most horrific tasting frosting I've tasted in my life. The taste would not leave my mouth even after eating the rest of the cake. It was well decorated, but for the love of people's taste buds, find a way to change the way y'all dye your cakes.
I get dunkin 3 times a day at the most. I’m an avid dunkin fiend. I drink Dunkin’ Donuts as much as I hit my Juul. One might say I’m a Dunkin’ Donuts connoisseur. I get the same drink every time, I’m basic and I know what I like. Anyway - since I moved to point, there is only one employee at DD in SP that makes the drink to taste even remotely well. (She makes it splendid so maybe that’s why the other ones taste significantly below par) but my girl Liv is a barista professional. She needs a raise. Actually, she needs the max pay Dunkin allows. She needs a crown of honor. She needs her photo on the wall, employee of the month - except every month. 10/10 for Liv’s coffee making abilities. Another employee called me sweetheart at 7am which made my day suck significantly less seeing as I was up and out of my house at 7am. But it doesn’t compare to the outstanding, award winning performance Liv has given. A+
