I live 50 minutes away. I arrived at 6:58pm to find the doors locked as the lobby closed at 7pm. I only needed an ice cream cake and the staff came to the door to tell me she was closing the lobby. I asked if I could get a pre made cake from the cooler only to be told I had to use the drive thur. Because of the construction confusion outside the store I was in a neighboring parking lot. Staff member was very rude. I found my vehicle and took my business to the grocery store instead. Won’t be coming back
Very bad Burger was double and I asked for a single people could have cared last because it was almost closing. The bun was so old it was falling apart. Also tried doing the review section
Old soggy cold tasteless food. I had to correct a drink and they acted very put out and all stood by the window and stared at me
Service was quick considering they were short staffed. Only drive through was open.
The fact that we ordered a large fry and I opened my meal and there was literally less than the regular size is not cool. Did not get the order right at all. Won’t be coming back.
Just wondering,but stopped at your store at 6:06pm and the doors are locked and there are people in the dinning area eating.. There is no sign saying what your hours are on the dine in times. So it is confusing when your open to public and when not.. Please help to solve this matter, when it says on the internet your open till 8pm. Plus went through drive thru and order $6 meal. Got my drink and gave me a number to pull ahead. Few minutes got my food and before i could say anything the lady who served my food was gone and no ice cream that i ordered! I tried to catch her before getting back indoors. Unsuccessful... I can't get inside cause its locked, im not waiting another 15-30 mins thru drive thru again for ice cream... Please check order to make sure you have all the food....
Order took a while to place at the drive thru and was wrong when we got it.
Went through the drive thru and had a huge order for me and my family, and it took forever to order everything but the workers were so nice and genuine. They got everything right too!
Stopped at the Stevens Point Dairy Queen for a to go lunch. The cheeseburger that I ordered had way too much mustard, it was swimming in mustard. If I ever stop there again I will ask for the burger without mustard! Other than that the food was hot, and my family liked their food selections. The employee at the drive up window was very friendly.
My son and I are here about twice a week it’s a routine kind of a bonding thing we do is just go and get me a large Oreo blizzard and him an order of chicken strips and a mini Reese‘s pieces blizzard every time it never fails the same meal the same snacks they said it’s a routine that said this Dairy Queen sure there’s no how to make a routine taste …. great!!!!And the fact that the service is fast food is hot and the trees are cool and great and good in the Customer Service is out of this world I think that’s part of why it’s become our to one or two times a week tradition it’ll stay that way from here to come
