I love the product. When I'm in town, I always stop in for a treat even thought there is always something not working like their rewards system or shake machine. Today was probably the worst though. The lady who took my order made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, her demeanor and body language made me feel sad. I sympathize that there is probably more going on than what I can see, but I hope she can find a happy place in her life or another job where she can better enjoy herself.
Got my order so wrong! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!Just had a horrible dentist appointment and just wanted my ice cream. Picked up yesterday but didn't look at it until today.It's not even close to what I ordered in the flavor is so disgusting I won't even touch it!
Literally never posted a review/ been one to complain but this location has had trouble getting a simple item (a blender) to make customers such as myself a third of the menu items like shakes and smoothies ?? this has been a problem the past 3 times we’ve visited in the past year and a half…. Absurd
Update I love their ice cream, stopped by and asked for regular size but portion look quite small :(Ice cream good, ordered waffle cone and is saggy, all 4!!! ? the young lady ? dark braids was rude when I let her know?
Worker with dark braid and glasses extremely rude. Rolled her eyes after three people ordered the same thing and complained when they did. Then forgot my order and I had to tell her three times. She basically threw the ice cream at me and I will hit be going here again due to her unfriendlyness that made me not welcome. No need to be rude honey!!!
Rude employees
Freaking gross. One blonde employee talked right over customers’ ice cream orders. She also took a customer’s phone and brought it behind the counter and looked at a recipe from the customer’s phone and proceeded to hold the phone over ingredients. Then she touched a cone with that dirty ungloved hand ans put the cone on the counter, loose. She left her seemingly new coworker during a rush. The new employee, dark hair, sighed heavily right over the ingredients. The new employee did not remember items that were generated per order and if we weren’t honest could have lied saying we ordered less expensive items. She thought we had 5 items when we really ordered seven. She took money with gloves hands. Hands that I had seen grab cake and crunch it up on previous orders. After she handled our money and the cash register she was going to make the next order with them filthy hands and probably crunch up cake on the next person’s order. I reminded her to change her gloves. The spoons were loose in a bucket. All utensils should be wrapped especially consider our year lockdown. Some spoons were upside down and some were right side up and everyone just puts their dirty hands into that bin. Disappointed. Disgusted. Plus, neither employee was pleasant.
The ice cream was all over the sides of the cup. It was as if the server juat didn't care how they were scooping it in. It was very difficult to ear. The only reason it's not a 1 star is because it tasted good.
I have to say the ice cream is the best!!!
Ice cream was delicious, more employees would be beneficial.
