The nicest BK I've ever been to!Super clean, and the team members working were friendly and helpful.
Today, May 20, 2022 @ 12:15. My husband and I went to the drive thru and was told from a lady that the worker will be with us shortly. Watied 5 mins and a gentleman through the speaker said the same thing that someone will be with us shortly. Next thing you know a car pulls up on the first lane drive thru and that person was helped right away. And yes we drove off, I guess our money is no good to them. Very poor customer service I don't recommend coming to this Burger King.
Every part of the restaurant was dirty. Bathroom, doors, tables, behind the counter, etc., And all of the employees appeared to be high. It took 10 minutes for an employee to even greet us and they were all unfriendly. Twenty minutes later, we finally got our food, and half of the order was wrong. Went up to the counter to get the #9 that I ordered, instead of the #7 that they gave me. They said it would be an additional 5 minute wait... just to add lettuce and tomato! Food was cold by the time we got it and did not taste good. I will never return and encourage others to do the same. Total waste of time and money.
Had my husband pick up lunch at this Burger King location. Took them over 15 minutes to get the order out to him. He was the only customer they had the whole time he was there. When asked, the response was "sorry, we had to wait for the meat to come out of the broiler"I'm sorry, but that's just unacceptable.
This was the last straw, not just for this location, but from this awful customer service experience, I'm done with burger King forever
Three strikes and your out. Each time I’ve been here the order was either forgotten, (yes, I paid, waited, and had to go in because they “forgot” to serve us) very late, or wrong ?. None of my visits were during a time that I would consider to be busy. I realize good help is hard to find, but I’m not sure what else to say. I hope they get better, and I just had bad luck.
I don't know what was going on this go-around we were the only ones in the Drive-Thru there was one other couple dining inside and it took 20 minutes for two Happy meals and a Whopper.
Horribly SLOW service, terribly understaffed, and, to top it off they got my order wrong. This store needs to have corporate take a look at it, or shut it down.
Staff is extremely unfriendly and service is horrible! Place had no customers inside nor in the drive through, except me. Still waited fifteen minutes and the food was horrible!
Went to the one in Wisconsin Rapids. They always serve a great breakfast (that is what I usually order there)
