Terrible. The kid at the counter who took my order had to of been working his first day on the job. Forgot my drink cup and then gave me the wrong size. All the sauce dispensers were empty. My food was terrible. My curly fries appeared to be double deep fried, cold and stale. My roast beef sandwich was stopped together and the beef was wet and slimy looking. To top it all off the bathroom was out of soap. I watched an employee use the bathroom after me and return to work. So I assume he did not wash his hands like the rest of us who used the bathroom. Needless to say I did not ring the bell on the way out.
Some folks were impatient, but the guy working the register was new. We gave him a curveball with a splash card, and minor order change. He asked for help on those things. Once the order was complete and correct , said he did a great job. He smiled. Small tip to anyone who does read this. Don't be a jerk to new people on the job. They are learning. Pressure just leads to mistakes.
In a world full of short staffing and minimal training in fast food, what a wonderful experience! Our order was taken promptly and professionally, food came almost immediately. Everything was fresh and delicious and the facility itself appeared clean and well cared for. Five stars!
This Arbys has really gone down hill. We ate here a few months ago and it was a not so great experience. We decided to give it another go tonight and it was horrid. Drink machine turned off, water all over the floor, had to ask for someone to come take our order, half our order was missing, and our food was cold. Not to mention the worker in backing yelling profanities at another worker.
Like eating at places where inside is open to eat in. Order though drive though food cold time get home. So I give my business to places with dine in
The gyro is what I always get! It is super good!! I tried the white cheddar Mac n cheese and I did not like it. The Mac n cheese had an odd flavor and was really really thick.
I ordered the Reuben sandwich & cheese sauce for my fries. Only came with half of the cheese sauce. The sandwich did not have any sauerkraut on it & very little meat. Very disappointed!

In these times when everyone is short handed, no matter what kind of business, there were plenty of employees & the inside dining was busy as well as the drive thru. I was impressed, food was good & hot, the employees were pleasant, & we let them know we’re happy to see them happy!
