Never been to toppers before, But let me tell you what! I will be back! The lady who helped me was extremely nice. Even pointed out a deal so I was able to get 2 pizzas instead of having to choose one. I have never met someone so polite and helpful. Slot of the other places I have gone to treat me like another person walking in the door, but she didn't. She listened and offered suggestions. I wish I would have gotten her name. She had purplish hair. But because of her I will be back! Both the pizzas were great as well. As soon as she took my order she washed her hands and jumped right in to making it. And served it with a smile. Pizzas had good amount of toppings as well. Super happy with my visit!Editing to add: I found my receipt at the bottom of my purse! Servers name is Caitlyn. Not only is Toppers pizza off the charts delicious but they are only super late for deliveries ! You have try their TopperStix which come in lots of incredible flavors and the Cinnamon Monkey bread is awesome for a snack ! The only thing better than the food is the staff ! Give Toppers pizza a try & be sure to look at the whole menu. You won't be disappointed !
Do not recommend. Absolutely horrible service response. We ordered a triple order of Stix, which comes with 3 sauces but we added two to be eligible for delivery. Our order was delivered with no sauce. The deliveryman woman claimed the sauces were not with her. When we politely called to request the sauce be delivered and we recieve a fresh order, it was denied. To speak to a manager was a struggle but when that was finally achievable, even then it was difficult to find even ground. VERY POOR customer service. We were not given a fresh order, but waited over 25 minutes for sauce, and by that time our Stix were very cold. ZERO resolution or reimbursement was offered.
Upset That I have lived in Sheboygan for so long, and have never had Toppers until just recently. My first time trying Toppers, and I was immediately impressed with the Amount of toppings, The taste, The friendly staff, The Environment, Everything. Good pizza for decent money. Definitely worth a try.
Nathaniel (the Sheboygan GM) is wonderful! They have such a variety of uniquely delicious pizzas. I always snag the toppers sticks! The mac n cheese pizza is my favorite.
We ordered toppers after being told they had such good pizza. We ordered the Wisconsin curds n bacon.This is what we got….Now I’ll give it to them they got all the extras we added but not what we ordered. No bacon no ranch NO CHEESE CURDS!? I personally due to health issues cannot have red sauce. So the pizza was ordered because of the description stating that it was based with ranch sauce and not red sauce. After being on hold for a pretty decent amount of time I was told that they “just read the ticket wrong”.
Waiting an hour and 20 minutes for delivery on a late Thursday night to end up with cold food that should be hot is ridiculous! The wings were horrible. I got sour cream to dip my nacho sticks in, that is the worst tasting sour cream I have ever had! The 1 star is for the Buffalo chicken Mac & cheese, that was pretty much the only thing I wanted to continue eating. I will never order from here again.
First time I ordered I didn’t know what was going on. Got texts my food was being delivered through door dash. I was okay with it. The dd then delivered it to the wrong house. Toppers fixed it and brought a new order. Just ordered now. Same thing it went through dd no problem the driver was great when I finally got the food a hour and a half if not more later. Food was not even warm. Had to have to heat it up
By far the best pizza I’ve had thus far and only because it was made by Ethanal(General Manager for this location)*Sorry if I misspelled your name. He was super kind and the quality of pizza is off the charts!! It’s not your average pizza, it has the crust, flavor, texture, and no flop!! 11/10 ????
Every pizza I get from this establishment is exceptional. My orders are always tasty and look great.
