Cold, Wet, Mushy.Not only did they give me the wrong order, it looked absolutely disgusting. See the picture for yourself.The "hard" shells were soft, mushy, and stuck to the wrapper.
Just like so many of the other reviews, this location is a joke. Whoever the management is needs to be fired along with the entire staff and start over if they actually care about this location. Wrong orders, lazy staff, & zero pride in anything they do.
Shady and greedy people , not worth the price you pay, never give hot sauces and let you wait outside the window drive thru to ask for hot sauces, or have to go around to ask again. Its alright we asian got Sriracha Sauce....Taco Dong!!!
I usually have a good experience here. I always get the chicken quesadilla, but this time it was horrible. it was cut awful, it wasn’t cooked, and it tasted like rubber and chemicals. I ended up feeling sick later that day and threw up due to food poisoning.
Absolutely need to get there stuff together. Told they have no beef to serve and have to choose something different. Then after placing order I am told I have to pay exact change because they don't have change. This has happened on more than one occasion. Taco bell franchise really needs to it together at this one.
Every time I go here they always forget something on my order this time they forget my Cinnamon twists
Drove through the drive-through and was told to basically not to bother placing an order as they would be way too long and they’re super short staffed. Stay closed then enjoy your one star rating.
The Southside Sheboygan Taco Bell has been a disappointment for quite a while. The servers are very friendly. Unfortunately, they are frequently out of essential items (i.e you can order a combo, but they're completely out of soda cups), frequently we've received the completely wrong order or the wrong items in our order, once they couldn't take our order because the gal said she was locked out of the order screen and another time our order was given to us with a dirty glove in it. The last time we were there, our food was handed to us cold. I had wanted to drive to the other side of town because we've had better luck with the Taco Bell on the west side of Sheboygan, but my husband wanted to give this location another try due to it being closest to us. The drive time saved wasn't worth it. It used to be a nice location. I'm not sure what happened.
I want to say I get the short staffing due to covid. But its not due to covid. Clearly taco bells hiring process is not effective. Although there is always that ONE person working that has great customer service skills. But when you have a whole crew and only ONE person is nice, that's just uncalled for.
The service was phenomenal! When we asked how fresh the chalupa shells were, they offered to make them fresh! The wait was short, and the food was tasty as well.
