New Management has been hired, staff is being trained and turned over if not willing to follow rules... will have a bit of time to get things up and back the way it was supposed to be but excited to see the changes.
I went through the drive through around 8:40 and as I started punching in my order I was told they were closed even though the times listed online said they are closed at 9 when I asked this I got no response
Lobby is never open, tried to go through the drive through and she tells me they are temporarily closed cause she’s about to leave the store, even though it’s 5:30pm. Can’t even get sandwich for lunch smh.
ordered via there website. Order was delivered incorrect with several missing items. Called store, manager was very rude and yelled at me as \\\"none of this was her problem\\\" She could not have been more rude.

So awful, think this place is 5/5 on getting my order wrong. There is not one competent person who works at this place, this location specifically on Taylor dr with the drive through. My toddler could make a better sandwich.
Broke health violation - Did not clean Knife after each sud we had 4 suds also did not change there gloves at all. 100% do not go to this subway.
The ladies that work during the day are amazing! They listen to your order and make it how you request. My favorite subway in Sheboygan county.
I paid for a few of the ingredients in my salad to be extra servings, but nothing was increased. I had to cut my own bacon and chicken on my \\\"chopped\\\" salad. The wait took forever. This is usually an excellent place to eat. I hope someone was new or having a bad day. I'll try it again in the future.
