The service was excellent. I was shocked by how much the prices had increased since I had last been there. The Foot Long was 12 inch long but the bread sure was slimmer in diameter.It will probably be awhile before I go again unless I get buy 1 get 1 free coupons.

I want to say that the ine star has nothing to do with the employees or facility. Employees were nice and building was clean. The meat though has changed and is not so good anymore. I tried to eat the whole sandwich but just couldn't. The cookies are still amazing.
Terrible customer service after I paid 17 bucks for a meal but only ended up getting a foot long. After I call to see if they could make it right I’m told I have to wait until tomorrow. This store is absolutely pathetic.

Brown lettuce and gross looking tomatoes. 4-5 employees standing around and one 12 year old kid doing the work. Pathetic. Cousin's or jersey mikes from now on.
