Placed an order for a double shot of expresso. Then the workers continued to do other things. I waited & waited. My simple order took at least 15 minutes to get! Very inattentive, lack of customer service skills, & completely inept. Will never give that location my business again.
Sold me a Dragon Drink without the actual Dragonfruit ? lady was convinced it was just food dye and wouldn't affect the taste.....guess what, the drink was completely white with just ice in it and tasted horrible.
Employee brightened my hard morning?I had just worked a 10 hour 3rd shift and right when I’m walked past the kiosk I was given a complement that I really needed by an employee. It really brightened my mood so after my shopping I stopped by and asked the server that gave me the complement, named Lilly, to make me their favorite drink. I’ve now found a new coffee obsession and had the best experience!!
I enjoy all the Starbucks stores in the area but I think the staff at this location is a little more friendly and welcoming than the other 2.
Would recommend this Starbucks, because the staff isn't allowed to accept tips. Still offer to make the staff feel good and make your drinks better, but they have to refuse every time.
Wrong! I don't go to 6 bucks!! Ever!!
They take so long and always making a big mess and leaving cups sticky. Had to redue my order 3 times cuz of making a mess or messing up on order
Just made a stop today, me and my coworker had a few minutes before going back to work. The lady in shift kept cleaning and ignored us for a good chunk of time then said she will be right with us. She just kept doing her thing and never took an order. We decided to stop bothering her so we went to Starbucks on 14th st. Even though those 10 min would have been great to enjoy on our break. Not coming back to this Starbucks. The other Starbucks have way better service than an upset woman that probably has lots to do in the shop but yeah customers want to order. We left with empty hands.
Friendly fast service, just a reminder to stir beverages before giving them to the customer
I am unsure if it was simply a bad day for the barista, however they were generally competent in their job, unfortunately displayed little to no customer service skill. The quality of the beverages at this location are generally better than other locations.
