Love the ladies on the opening shift! A bit expensive but they know my order by heart and are so kind.
They've never messed up a drink I've ordered once. Super sweet employees. Great customer service. Friendly and helpful, very comfy atmosphere. Can get busy, but I think that's a testament to how good this place is. I cannot stress how much I love it here. I hope the employees know how good they do and how appreciated their hard work is. Be nice to them like they deserve, they're trying their best and it shows in the best way possible. Keep it up!
Only downside to dining in or taking away is how the parking lot and drive thru traffic lane are arranged. Don't park in the lot on the east side of the building if want to be able to go right away because there's a chance you could get stuck waiting for a long line of cars waiting in the drive thru before you can even pull out of the parking spot you are in. Otherwise the coffee, food, & service were great
This is the NICEST Starbucks ever!!!!! Had a crazy morning and the staff were sooooo nice. Great breakfast sandwich & coffee too
giving it 1 star just for today 12/3/2021 service...previously it's been a great starbucks, but today not only will they not answer the phone to take a complaint, but the complaint is that my wife ordered 2 holiday lattes, one of which a brule latte, came as just a plain latte, no sweeting of any kind, no whip, no nothing...my wife's holiday latte also came with no whip...so I guess the moral of the story is avoid this starbucks on friday mornings
It's a one lane parking lot/drive through. If you park you get parked in by the drive through line. It took 30 min to get 2 coffees with only 3 costumers in line.
Place deliverer good customer service and drinks but it takes way to long with drive through. Shouldn't have to wait in line for over 20 mins.
It's always so easy to get my order and get out, even on the busiest days. They are really on point.. always tip my barista!
Paid 6 bucks for a cup that wasn’t full. What a joke.
Always hit / miss on service. Sometimes it's fast, sometimes very slow. However even though it is slow at times they always do accommodate for there mistakes which is appreciated.
