my father and I decided to try Shuffs today. we get there and are waiting for someone to seat us when a man, wearing a Shuffs shirt, told us to sit wherever. so we sit, and the waitress comes to us and the first thing she said to us was: "next time can you guys wait for someone to seat you?" And we said that guy told us to sit wherever. she then proceeds to tell us that man's name was Bruce, and "he doesn't know what he's doing or saying" so we told her that this was our first time there and we just did what "Bruce" told us to do. she just said "it's okay", with an irritated tone, and took our drink order. we felt HIGHLY unwelcome and ended up just leaving. it was extremely inappropriate for her to do/say what she did. it was a serious bummer. never will go back.
Waitress was great! Food great as always. Friendly service, nice atmosphere.
Living in sheboygan for the past few years and see this place at least once a day. Always wanted to try it and finally did the other day. It was super good loved the chicken and staff was very nice. I will definitely go again.
Steak sandwich was ok but thin and ask for fried onions they charged me 1.00 for them ? I could see maybe a quarter! Will be awhile before I go there again.
My go to spot for a dinner out and the takeout is always good. Broasted chicken is typically very good.
Food was excellent, dessert was also good (cheesecake). Staff was friendly and attentive. Only gave 4 stars due to being pricey. Will definitely go again.
We eat here regularly and it's conveniently located across the street from us. I had a prime rib last night and it was one of the best I've ever had. Nice place!
Customer service is a 6. Food is a 0. I ordered a burger with fries. Meat was soggy and bun seem to be old. French fries was hard and not fresh. I'm pretty sure they microwave my food. The reason I know is because the plate was hot. Plate should never be hot at all. My friend ordered the ribs. The rib was definitely microwave. His plate was hot even the waitress said to watch out for the hot plate. And the food came out within 5 mins after we order. Love how fast the food came but it could also mean that they took left over and microwave the food which they did. Sad how they wouldn't care and they still decided to serve old food. I hope one day someone can change the restaurant. Anyways overall is a 0 star for me. First time and last time for sure.

Went because I wanted prime rib and wife wanted broasted chicken. We sat at the bar initially which was pleasant. Good bartender and good company. Went into dining room for dinner. Very nice, efficient server, clean and pleasant room. As we knew what we wanted, we ordered right away. Our salads came quickly and the rest came about 15 or so minutes later. The last time I had the prime rib here was under the original ownership and was excellent. My steak was very grisly and very hard to cut. The taste was ok but the work to get some in my mouth was disappointing. The baby reds that came with it were plain and boring. Very irregular in size and shape. My wife’s chicken was just ok and her broasted potatoes were as well. No sour cream was offered for the potatoes, just the salt and pepper on the table. The food quality, prep and presentation definitely took a hit since the change in ownership.
