Ordered a brat patty and burger combo (oostburger basically), onion rings, and their chili. Everything was absolutely perfect. Their chilli is perfection. Beans are perfectly tender and the flavor is incredible. The burger was absolutely fabulous. Meat is seasoned and seared perfectly and the buns are exactly the kind of bun I was looking for! The onions rings were also perfect. The onions never pull out like almost every other place's onion rings. They stay in the batter and are perfectly tender. The batter is very crispy as well. I can't believe I haven't gone back here in years, and I WILL be a regular from here on out! Service and environment are also excellent. 10/10 experience. Nice cozy little place with that classic American diner feel. Great vibes.
Was in the mood for some burgers, a few sides and some dessert so got Mr a delivery of Schulz and did not regret it! I did not go into the restaurant since I had it delivered so cannot comment on the area and service BUT the food was done quick and my delivery driver was just as fast and polite so I imagine they're like that! Food was great if you ask me! Got a few burgers that were well done like I like, some fries and cheese curds and a torte and I had to stop myself from gobbling them all up! No complaints, I liked Schulz and might get food from there again!Pictures are of the food I got !
Came here for breakfast and enjoyed the waitress and food. Came back for lunch, completely different waitress and attitude, not friendly at all and pretty rude actually and I have a thick skin. I'll spend my CASH somewhere else since they don't take anything else anyways.
Been several times waitress Is always over worked. Male cook has terrible attitude like he is Angry his business is failing. Started a verbal confrontation. I left. Gusses much better food
Sirloin steak dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy and peas and I substitute for baked beans with butter and hot fudge sundae with coffee you can't beat it and Carly is a wonderful woman who was our waitress, and the owner's daughter
If you want a solid butter-burger or brat on a Sheboygan hardroll, there is no better place. Or, get a side of beans with a massive pat of butter. Did I mention the butter? CASH only, no credit cards accepted.
My husband and I stopped for lunch and were not disappointed . The chili was delicious, steak sandwiches were done just right, we shared fries and the battered mushrooms ... everything was as I expected . I have gone here for years & my husband likes the food as much as I do. Staff was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our order. One of my favorite go to restaurants when coming to Sheboygan.
It's great for what it is. This is classic Sheboygan greasy spoon.I was in town during cold weather and my car did not start. Tow truck driver (Arrow - also recommend) recommended Schultz's hamburgers, so I went there for lunch. At lunch time the parking lot is full with hamburger smells wafting out over the parked vehicles. This is a small hole-in-the-wall place with great old-style grilled hamburgers served on traditional Sheboygan rolls. Cup of bean soup is fantastic. Word is that soup recipes are same as original 1950s. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Not great for vegetarians, but... just know that going in.
Food was decent, but $9 for two shakes that were smaller than a coffee cup and almost the same size as the syrup container
