Our experience this evening was not very good. After one of our party placed their order, the staff then started an online order, before finishing all three of our orders. Multiple sodas were out in the soda machine. No napkins were in the napkin dispensers. One employee finally brought a few over and just laid them on the counter. The spoons, forks and straws are no longer individually wrapped, but the knives are. Most of the tables were dirty. The queso we ordered was cold. Just overall a bad experience.
Qdoba line is 11 people deep with a stack of to go order tickets, the three employees are working hard to catch up though it is sloooow and the presumed owner is standing over their shoulder glaring; not offering to help just glaring! At them, at the customers, at the wall... just glaring. Seriously dude, sit in your office and glare at the security monitor like a normal boss villain. No lie, I had the opportunity to watch him for about 10 minutes and all he did was glare and refill chip bin once.Oh also, clean the light fixtures and metal bars above your bar! Yuck!
Went there regularly and loved it and then the past 2 times I've went I've gotten terribly ill and threw up. I don't know what happened there but they need to clean up or cook better as I won't be back for my own safety for sometime. Sorry.
A friend suggested this place. Oh my goodness! You have to try their bowl filled with choice of beef or chicken.Once inside, you tell someone,working on the other side of a fully glassed display of choices of what you want in your bowl. I do mean choices!Rice in or on the side, with a bowl you can have ffilled with unbelievable extras.Great atmosphere, clean, quick, filling, and you will never regret going here.
Don't know what happened here. Staff used to be pretty friendly and would at least try to fix mistakes. You know like if a tortilla rips they'd double wrap it or whatever.Last few times I have got food here my burrito comes looking like someone put it dead center in the Battle of Bulge, ran it through with a bayonet and sent it to me without informing its next of kin.On top of that I've had entire portions of orders missing pretty consistently now. Would avoid.
Food was alright staff seemed either new or extreme unmotivated. I had a language barrier with one employee, which is what it is, but the other employees standing took a while before assisting.
Service is very fast and friendly who's not able to dine in but definitely got food that was worth the money that I paid for
I do like building my own custom burrito there. Plus the fancy soda water dispensers! My cup runneth over. Really.
The burrito bowl was very good, but I don’t think that stickers belong on peppers.
Good food. Reasonable prices. Good service.
