After countless good experiences ive recently just had The worst experience of my life.I will never return there after being publicly humiliated in front of dozens of customers. I paid for a relative to eat sat there to watch them eat because of how humiliated I was I refuse to pay for myself or eat in this pizza ranch.my relative ordered a special pizza and when the special pizza arrived it wasn’t even the right pizza the owner stood up for the manager that yelled at me and publicly humiliated me God has told me to forgive and forget so pizza ranch I forgive you and I will forget about you I do not recommend taking your family or friends to this locationour customers have already started a Boycott Pizza ranch How can a restaurant that promotes gluttony claim to be Christian greed and gluttony will no longer be a part of my life now that I’ve cut out buffets
The employees at this store are rude, immature, and childish! The owner of this store treats her employees like trash, and you wonder why they're understaffed. The poor treatment of the employees is rubbing off on the customers as well. Tried to order delivery, but supposedly there is no delivery driver, their driver ''quit". Do not go to this location! Manitowoc's store is much better!
This is more a review for 'the country's best chicken' delivery since they and pizza ranch are one and the same! It was some good chicken and waffle fries if you ask me, winks were nice and crispy and well done and the fries were good! I think they threw in a free mini cheese pizza too which was awesome honestly! No comment on the building or its service as I got a delivery but the driver was nice and quick! My only complaints are the sauces are...mediocre at best with the habenaro one being not too good and it was SOMEWHAT pricey. Aside from that, good chicken and handy free pizza!Pictures are of the food!
I enjoyed the food. It was very good. Food was hot, excellent salad bar. The only thing I didn't care for was when I opened the soup container as it didn't look tended to and I didn't want to try it. Other than that it was really good at a decent price. You should try the chocolate chip cookie ? pizza. I ate a lot of that!
Today the level of cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We were there for an extended time. We even asked an employee to clean the salad bar area that had been filthy before we even started. They argued with my companion. Then this said employee was seen picking things out of the salad bar with his fingers and throwing them on the floor. I spoke with the manager and pointed out things that were disturbing to a customer as far as their level of cleanliness. She came out looked around. Instructed another workerto do some cleanup. Upon leaving, they still had not cleaned the syrup on the counter behind and under the soda machine, the puddle of water near the soda machine that could be a trip hazard, and they had no place the garbage can right next to the salad bar so customer circling the salad bar now had to step around a garbage can. One employee who is attempting to do busing, stepped between two tables and almost hit another customer behind her with her tub. It is a sad day to see such a nice restaurant reduced to such a low level. My return is doubtful
Chaos. The food is very good, especially the fried chicken. The buffet space is very small with poor flow. Kids run wild and no room for that. The place could use a deep clean.
Worst visit ever. Only the 2nd time I have tried this restaurant because of the horrible visit last time about 2 yrs ago. Stood at counter for about 10 min without seeing one person that works there. I called the restaurant and only then was I able to get service. The lady was covered in food all over mostly where one would drip food if they had a bib. Didn't look at all Profesional. Once we found a table we had to clean it off because of the brown water they were using to clean I wouldn't trust. We went to the food tables and were very disappointed in what we saw. All food was super old and dry. All the lettuce was black and soggy. The cucumber was slimy as were the tomatoes. There were a ton of dirty dishes and no dressing for the salad. 7 empty bottles. I went and found someone I told them about it as well as pulled all the empty ones and placed them on top of the bar. So they could see how nasty the holders were. It took another 27 min for them to be filled. Not changed or cleaned just filled. There was a lady in a green shirt who came out to refill mashed potatoes there was about 4 people waiting patiently. She came out with huge attitude and was slamming things and kicking doors. The customers said thank you as she ignored them and felt they did something wrong. Everyone there seemed to hate life working there. No one had a sense of urgency and pride in their work. It was said to see a business still open and running with this lack of attention. If you would like to chat and talk more about things to help the team or where I can see weaknesses let me know. All that was what I could see. If that's what I see I don't even want to think what was happening in areas I didn't see. Please fix these issues or I will have to call the health department.
I love pizza ranch. Food is usually decent. Did take out tonight and everything was great -- the fries chicken did taste a bit of old oil which can happen at times in my days working in a kitchen. Nothing too bad and still edible.
We walked and were greeted very nicely by the young lady at the counter. She smiled and made us feel welcome! The salad bar was full and clean. Then we went to the hot food. Lots of chicken and other goodies to fill my husband's tummy while I went to get some pizza. All was fresh and good. The young lady came and cleaned our plates away several times. Also another lady came to check how our dinner was. I was disappointed that the ice cream machine was broken. She told me that they had several people in earlier in the day but couldn't get it running. It happens. Not the end of the world! Such a nice place to have dinner. We will be back!
I would have to say the best things here are not the pizza. The chicken is amazing and the cactus bread is heaven. We went on a surprisingly slow night. There was plenty of food put out employees were nice and place was clean.
