Stopped here to get a bite to eat and let my daughter run around. We got our food and then shortly after they told us that they were closing the lobby at 7pm when google doesn't state that in the hours. The lady didn't apologize for just choosing to close early just told us they were closing with no explanation and my daughter didn't even get a chance to eat her food let alone play. Very disappointed.
Food and service here varies. There are times I get great and friendly service and there are times I never want to come back to this McDonalds.Surprisingly I always seem to get amazing service V from this McDonald's anywhere from 9pm to midnight and 5am to 7am. The workers are pretty much the same and they are always make an exceptional or even memorable visit.However in the day/evening time, it must always be busy, or the workers are over worked or something. I get incorrect orders, there's usually already a long wait (drive thru and lobby).Given there are a couple workers who repeatedly do well anytime I see them ( I wish I'd look at their name tags ) generally I avoid this restaurant, especially around dinner.
Every single time I order from this McDonald's they mess up my order. I have given them the benefit of the doubt because everywhere is always short staffed but this is crazy. It's always the wrong drinks or wrong food or just entirely messed up. My recommendation is drive a few extra minutes and go to a different McDonald's.
Bought a Bigmac and it came with no patties. Drove all the way back and had to wait another 20 minutes because they forgot to make another one. Would've given 0 stars if possible.
Spent 30$ on this order it’s not suppose to have onions or pickles, however it does. The pickle was sticking to the cardboard box, an I’m pretty sure the pickle is spoiled… I could have made a better meal with a bowl of ramen. This burger went trash.
I don't know who the manager is this morning, but he is definitely losing it. He's telling the customers at the counter that he doesn't know when he can help them. He's ordered the lobby doors to be locked. People are coming in from drive thru asking about their orders and he's telling them they'll just have to wait. Occasionally he adds that he's sorry. Total chaos.
I ordered a 4a with a Large fry and a large Shamrock shake and received a Medium fry. Which were mostly cold some were a Luke warm and I ate them in the car right away. Plus they gave me no receipt so I was unable to check if they overcharged me for the fries. And since prices are not listed on the online menu I still don't know. This is not the first bad experience I've had at this particular store either. Everytime I go there the fries are cold.If you are going to McDonald's in Sheboygan go to the S Business Dr store it has the best service in the area. Second best is on Washington Ave and Taylor Dr.
I have always loved McDonalds, but I am very unhappy about the way they are handling the toys. I would like them to let us have what We want!. What an ordeal to get them. Happened to Disney toys last year too.
If you’re going to pay your employees Fifteen dollars/hour, they should at least be professional and kind to your customers.Employees in the drive thru were rude. The employee taking my order was very impatient with me. The cone and sundae that I ordered were melting by the time I got them almost as if they were sitting out the whole time I was in the line. The lid on the sundae cup wasn’t on completely, causing ice cream and hot fudge to spill all over the passenger seat and some other items. It is not easy trying to get ice cream off of leather seats and it’s not easy cleaning it out of the buttons and ports on my Bluetooth speaker. Honestly the worst experience I ever had in the drive thru.
Drove through the drive thru, the cashier kept on taking the inside lane only. I was skipped by two vehicles so I just drove up behind the vehicles that were supposed to be behind me. They took my orders at the window and still didn't get all my orders.
