The last 2 times we have sat in the drive thru for no less than 27 minutes. I understand the staffing issues but if there's not enough staff than don't remain open! This always happens at night! Just because your drive thru is probably the only restaurant open at this time doesn't excuse the poor customer service!!!
Don't go there after midnight unless you want either spit on your bun or a burnt bun...it will be one of the two. Gross worst experience
They STILL DON'T GET IT....Don't offer an app that ☆claims to award points ☆offers wonderful deals☆☆can't customize the most expensive items on their menu (large chicken sand..sauce as is or nothing) Petty oh sure..but for the price..to bad☆?☆Holds credit card numbers☆?☆ And your employees don't know how to answer?'s When working this drive thru..Mobile app I get code TIMELY sometimes. ☆MORE LIKE NEVER☆
Very consistent. Always know what you’re gonna get from this location. Food is fresh and restaurant is clean.
It's a good McDonald's if you ask me. I did not go inside so I cannot comment on the building or service but the drive through people were quick and polite! The food I got was really good to. Fries, a chicken sandwich, some chicken nuggets and two burgers was all I got and all of it was great, no problems once so ever! Once more it's a good McDonald's, one I could see myself going to again.Images are of the food!
Unluckily, i always get my order wrong. This time i ordered medium fries with my meal. She added extra medium fries. The place had a long line, i thought i got charged a little too much but of course i did. I just asked for medium fries. The same that come with the meal. They always add extra fries. For some reason. I order large soda and make sure i say medium fries because then they automatically add large fries. Sooo i got charged for an extra medium fries i wont eat ?Overall is ok.
The service and quality is usually pretty good. I just wish they would stay open 24 hours. There's tons of 2nd and 3rd shift workers in this town.
Morning cashier over charged me for a large caramel ice coffee, I caught it right away nd asked for refund. Her attitude about the whole thing was wack and so was the managers!!! Don't go in the morning
It was okay I had better service at different restaurants and in different cities was faster than any McDonald's around here in Sheboygan Falls and Sheboygan and that is sad when you drive and see signs that say now hiring fifteen dollars and hours all shifts and none of them are hurting for MONEY
