They deserved zero stars. KFC in Sheboygan, WI filled our ten-piece bucket with five wings and four dried-out, over-cooked or re-heated breasts with a lot of breading missing. Had only a few bites when I realized something was really wrong with the food. However, the manager and assistant manager were so professional in handling this situation. They corrected the problem and gave us choices of a refund or a re-do. We opted for the re-do and the meal was 5 -stars for sure! The chicken was tender, fresh, moist, and simply delicious. We were won back to be continuing customers of KFC. Thank you!!!
Customer service is absolutely horrible, 5 cars deep in the drive thru took over an hour to get my order.
It is a good KFC to me. Got delivery twice and both times the food was nice and well done and crispy. The small chicken sandwich I got was yummy, the Legs wings and single thigh I git were very tasty, the biscuits were delightfully fluffy, and the wings were mostly well done and flavorful. Got a delivery order so can't comment on the restaurant itself or service but my food DID get to me fast so that should say something good about the service. No complaints, think I finally found a good KFC!Pictures are of the food I got!
When you're hungry for fried chicken it's good. Just be sure your order is complete. Last two times items were left out.

Manager is very rude and disrespectful to employees if this keeps up we will report to authorities.He should be greatful for the help he has.
We often get KFC, roughly 3 times per month, and every time something is messed up or missing. We just kinda sucked it up because we were hungry and wanted crispy chicken. But this time my kids were hoping for fries... really... never should have even given us any fries if you're just going to fill less than half the regular size fry carton. We're getting kinda frustrated with KFC. What are you going to do when another fried chicken restaurant opens up and you keep messing up orders.?. Stop Messing Up Orders...
Ordered the fill up meal. Missing 2 pieces of chicken and of course it was the drumsticks. The biscuits were shoved in the chicken bucket. Think I wouldn't notice? No one answers the phone and when it was picked up, it was immediately hung up without a word said. Unbelievable. Contacting corporate in the morning and requesting a refund. Never giving you my business again.
Wish I could give zero stars. We ordered $50 worth of chicken and sides online, arrived to pick up order only 20 minutes after expected time, and our order was gone. When this was brought to the attention of the staff we were told we were late, it wasn't there problem, and we were screwed. Awful!
