Huge shout out to all the employees working here this evening. Im not from the area and accidentally placed my online order for the wrong store. When I arrived at this location everyone was super kind and helpful. They even remade my order for me. I would have absolutely driven to the other location as it was my mistake but they didn’t even think twice before whipping up my sandwiches for me. Thanks JJs!!
Placed an online order, and was delivered I would assume in a reasonable time. However the delivery driver failed to read the delivery instructions, did not knock, and did not attempt to call to notify that the order had been delivered. 50 minutes after the order was placed, and roughly 30 min after the food was delivered did we decide to see what was taking so long. Our drinks were flat and watered down as all the ice had melted and the kicking ranch had spoiled as it was left out of refrigeration.The food was great as always, but this clear lack of effort put in by the delivery driver has turned my 5 star into a 2 star review.
