Don't just don't. This is hands down THE WORSE 'pizza' i have ever had the displeasure of eating, possibly the number one when it comes to restaurants overall. It's sad because the sides weren't too bad, good even but the 'pizza' I got completely overshadowed it with its awful texture and weird wattery over moist toppings. Stay away, don't waste your money here.Pictures are of the food I got and that's it.
Twice in the last two weeks the food I ordered arrived burnt. The first was cheese ravioli that was great but the bread was totally burned and inedible. Tonight I ordered an enchilada dinner that was pretty bad Hamburger meat was partially burned and tortillas were totally crispy and burnt around the edges. Rice was okay but after cutting tortillas and putting aside the burnt part of the hamburger meat there wasn't much left for $12+. However I did have ravioli meal a week ago that was perfect. So if it's just one cook, maybe they should be more careful or do something else there. I don't know if I'll continue to order from you when I'm not sure what condition the food will be in. Too bad because the meal itself was great when not burned.
The women on the phone tonight could not comprehend what I was ordering even though I was clear as to what it was she messed up over and over so I hung up I came in to genos to order food and was completely ignored for 10mins so I walked out. No stares for the service tonight!!!!!
We have given this place three chances. First two times the order was wrong, and it took over 30 minutes to get ahold of anyone to get anything fixed. At that point, with upset kids what do you do? Don’t bother. Third time, took my money and canceled my order. Kind feels like theft here bud. Definitely not worth the time
We love the pizza here and delivery is always one time if not early. The problem is they never answer the phone and their hours are all over the place. ?
"Owner" (woman who answered the phone) was extremely rude when all I wanted was to inform them that because nobody told me that it would show-up as Mi Ranchito on my statement that I did not recognize the order and almost frauded it. Simply asked that they inform call-in customers of this and she was very rude!
Whoever says this place is good must have covid because they can’t taste. I never write reviews, but please never buy this pizza. Got the deep dish and took one bite and threw away the pizza. Please Geno’s take that off the menu or stop selling pizzas. Don’t buy
Good food, mediocre service. Usually very late to arrive, commonly delivers incorrect order, and usually cold by delivery. Terrible customer service from the man that answers the phones. Love the chicken and to be honest some of the food is top notch. Order early if you want any luck
Ordered an 1:40 minutes ago called to see where it was. Took my money but when I called they said they can’t deliver my pizza. Stay far away.
The bartenders usually are busy on their phones and don't pay attention to notice you are waving them down for another drink. The place is pretty dirty, and smells. Bathrooms are disgusting, bar top is rarely wiped down, and its either the sinks, or the beer lines that need to be cleaned, because there often is a horrible smell coming from behind the bar. Its too bad because their food is good, but if they can't take the time to clean what customers see, I can't imagine the filth they are preparing food in.
