The pizza is really good, flavorful & a thin crunchy crust ! I give 5 stars only for the pizza.My only dissapointment was the staff, no social skills, no thank you, hello or can I get you another soda or beer, is everything ok? excuse me, or I'm sorry I banged into your chair with a bucket of ?? coming out of supply room. Whoever trained these young adults needs to have better discussions on customer relations.And lastly, my back of the wooden chair was sticky from soda or ? , my shirt stuck to it.
Best cracker crust pizza ever. The staff is friendly and the pizza was delicious. Every time we come to sheboygan we have to have Faye's pizza.
I order some food they mess it up. So i called and they told me they wont deliver to my house any more that is mess up i tip very well
Good pizza, have been a customer for years. But left disappointed with a few orders recently that were incorrect. We ordered a 23 dollar pizza missing most of the toppings we ordered! Of course we didn't realize this until after we drove home for our birthday party. What a disappointment! I called and was told that I could accept a 3 dollar credit? Not sure how they came up with this amount. I was not given an option to come pick up a new pizza. This is not good customer service at all...not happy with this experience.
So disappointed, first time trying this place, found menu on their website. called my order crispelle, to large tossed pizzas. “Sorry we don’t haves crispelle anymore”. Ok no problem just mozzarella sticks. Takes order repeats it back “ 2 pizzas and mini tacos”. ? no tacos mozz sticks. “Ok got it 20 mi minutes”. Call me back “sorry we can’t do mozz sticks out app machine is down”. Fine 2 pizzas. Pick them up bring them home & they made thin crust ?they guy answering the phone totally blew the whole thing. Won’t try it again.
Everything was great from the service to the food and pricing was low. On a drive home to De Pere from Milwaukee on a Friday night we were craving classic family style pizza and this hit the spot. We enjoyed a deluxe pizza and I had an amazing sausage & potato soup. Our kids loved the cheesy garlic bread (it was as an 80s baby would want it to be from their childhood) and cheese pizza because they’re toddlers. Service was prompt and fast
Clean restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. This restaurant needs better recipes. Save your money and get a tombstone. Crust, sauce, and toppings lacking in flavor except sausage. Too much cheese was on the pizza, creating a mess. Very disappointing.
Great pizza in a traditional family style restaurant. Service is great. It took me back to my favorite local pizza joint from high school. Will definitely be back.
First time we stopped at Faye's and I loved the pizza. The manager on duty was very friendly and I was delighted when I saw him take time to thank an elderly Marine that came in after us. Our server was very shy and not so attentive, but we surmized she may have been new and cut her some slack. Would not hesitate to return to Faye's.
Picked up some frozen pizzas but haven't tried them yet. Waited in car until they opened at 4:00pm. Other customers that I walked in with and were planning on dining in, had to ask to have their table cleaned first. They were never wiped down from the night before. That's the only reason for a four star.
