So..let me start by saying the girl who helped me create this order was great!Moving on....rewind to yesterday the 16th...go in around 2-230pm and place an order for my sons kindergarten class of 3 dozen st.pattys day themed donuts. No filling whatever would be easy for them as long as it's related to st.pattus day. I said I would be there by 5am and we were good to go.Now fast forward to today....arrive at 510am ready to get my donuts some coffee Nand be back in kiel in time for husband to get to work.Wrong..... I politely state "I am there for my pick up oder"..."ok come down here".... "may I also get coffee while I am here""She wants more stuff"...the one girl says.Place my coffee order and say "ok..I am here for my 3 dozen donuts"There was a moment of silence and then they both look at each other....the one stocking donuts says "that's it I quit...no for real...someone set me up today" in that moment I felt bad...oh no No one told her.... then I look at the screen to take orders for drive through and there my receipt with all instructions written on it. In bright blue marker it reads "5am"She proceeds to grab 3 boxes with anger and head to the back.I wait a few minutes and the other lady who made my coffee tells me it will be a couple minutes. It is now 535 and I get 3 boxes and I am told "we put as much themed donuts as we can" and she walks away. Either we made a mistake or you"I am now upset bc I am going to be late...he's going to be late... and I opened the box and there are 3 that are themed.... the rest are maple or filled and this is ridiculous.As I sat in complete awe I left very angry. I wanted to correct it but I had no time. I go home find as many kid approved donuts as I could and wondered why didn't they take some from the front... heck I would have met them half way and did have theme half kid friendly so it didn't mess them up.Moral of the story... no matter how in advance you make an order they clearly can't handle it. The attitude and lack of customer service is appalling. I kept replaying...either we made a mistake or you.Crazy bc I went there yesterday and was asked what I wanted... gave my order paid and yet it's my mistake.The only mistake I made was going there. Is it just or is customer service just a thing of the past!Do better people...... will never return there. Good luck... bc I wasn't the only one upset... the gentleman who waited 10 minutes for 2 coffee let them have it. Sad that you don't get what you paid for but people want to complain about what they get paid hourly!
It was great.fast service. My sandwich was perfect. Nice melted grilled cheese with a ice coffee. Always loved the place. Affordable as well. If you've never been there go give it a try.
I ordered a very specific drink 4 shots of espresso with 3 shots of white mocha over ice and they made it where it tastes 10 times better than any Starbucks
Upon arrival told them I was there for a pickup order . The lady said okay they are still working on it. They will let you know when it's ready. I then sat there for over 25 mins waiting for it to be done. I then got sick of waiting and said umm can someone update me on my order? Apparently it was done the entire time. Noone thought of asking what I was waiting on. And decided to leave it behind the counter so I couldn't see. Wouldn't go back even if you paid me.
I know the reason a lot of people like this place is because their coffee is extremely sweet like a latte. But I can’t drink it like that so I always request two pumps of sweetener instead of the normal four. But at least half of the time they must not look at the ticket at all and just add the normal amount of pumps they are used to. Again my coffee is too sweet to drink and that ice bin looks unsanitary. You’re not supposed to keep the scooper in the bin and the lid should be closed. Obviously with how dirty it is everywhere around it leaving it open is not safe.But I will say some of the people that work there are great and if the coffee is made correctly it is delicious.
Worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin' Donuts. My coffee didn't have any flavor and my sandwich smelled and tasted like burnt plastic and it all of the textures were off. Highly disappointed.
Tried to charge me for a $2 coffee after I just bought a $20 cup. EVERY PLACE I have ever been gives u first cup of coffee FREE when you buy one of their cups. Ridiculous that I should pay $23 for a cup of coffee. It's not that good ppl!!!!!!
Drive through line was a little long but order was correct, made in a timely fashion and staff was friendly.
Love their coffee and specialty coffees will always return
Good prices compared to other coffee shops. Quality of products seems to be hit or miss but more on the hit side.
