I don't think I've visited a Culver's that was anything less than worthy of 5 stars. Super clean from the restroom to the dining area. Perfectly cooked simple burger and fries. Drink station also clean and well stocked.Thank you for maintaining great food with a clean restaurant, but at all Culver's I've visited in Wisconsin and other states.
Culvers never dissappoints for a good burger, kids meal and of course custard. The best part of all though is the friendly service. I always leave feeling like everyone on staff went above and beyond.
Ordered 2 concrete mixers. Both weren't filled to the top and might have fit in a size smaller. Both didn't seem to be mixed thoroughly. Nothing mixed in at the bottom. My mixer was even cracked on the side. Plus the cheese for pretzel bites was only half full, we don't get that at other Culvers. This specific culver's I'll be avoiding for a while.
Service was good not amazing but the food was good as alwaysAnd the custard is better than Culver’s in Milwaukee you really notice the difference not sure if there’s different brands or what but this custard stood out to my 11 year old daughter she said it tatste like Culver’s but better I’m thinking yes because this is how it’s supposed to taste lol we’ll be back!
Food was ok. The person taking drive thru orders was talking so loud that my wife and I were not able to have a conversation in the dining room.
Great food and service but more expensive than others.

I had the mushroom and Swiss burger.it was a little salty but the fries and custard were great.
I've been going to this Culver's since 1996. I went with my family tonight to get dinner. We went to the counter and looked over the menu. I started placing my order with the girl behind the counter when another employee came up and started saying something to her about a bun. The girl who should have been taking my order then started talking to the other employee and completely ignoring me. She then walked away, turned back and said "give me a minute. " I told my family I'd be back and walked into the bathroom so I didn't lose my cool at the counter. I came back and my family had already ordered. I told them I was no longer hungry and took my daughters to the car. This incident was a failure on the first employee to take care of a customer that was ordering, as well as a failure on the second employee for not allow a customer to place an order. My family are more than welcome to go back here. But I never will.
Very good place to go and relax while having a burger or custard. Staff is pretty young, but eager and always willing to serve you the best way possible.
