Good food but staffing has been a big problem recently. Ordering takes quite a while but the food is good once you have it.
Absolutely disgusting. Stopped in for lunch. No one else in the dining room. The lady at the counter has no business any where near money. She could not make change on a simple value meal order. Took her 10 minutes to count out my change. Even though I was telling her what the amount was. Next, No ice in the soda machine, the ketchup was runny as water. That whole area was sticky and gross. Was clearly not cleaned in a long time. The floors and tables were sticky as a old movie theater. Finally my food came. The young man. Who just started his shift. Apologize for everything. That was the best part of my lunch.The bun was dry the fries were cold and my soda was warm. I understand staffing is difficult at best. But this place is a total joke. For your money. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else!!
I ordered a double whopper with cheese got a single whopper with no cheese and ask for no pickle and tomato and got pickles on it and it was not busy

Personnel blowing nose not washing hands. No one was wearing gloves. Given the wrong order no one else was in line Workers playing on their phones pulling up pants wiping their hair all with no gloves. What else is going on that we can’t see?
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! We went inside for dine in. This new one lady cashier was a stupid broad. She forgot her glasses in the back and she couldn't see what she was doing. She even had no idea what the heck she was doing besides that! We walked out and asked for a refund after waiting 20 minutes for our food, which was partially ready, except they were waiting on the bacon to be added to a sandwich, which was unacceptable. The manager that gave us the refund was very rude. Both screens were full and none of the staff could keep up. My advice to Burger King: if you can't keep up with serving customers or be fully staffed, don't bother opening your dining room! I have a very good feeling this store will go under if they keep running this dump like it is now. South Side Burger King lost my business for good! Whatever you do, do not eat at this location PLEASE! Horrible, just horrible! P.S. We went to the South Side McDonald's, where we had awesome dine in service!
Awful service! Cashier was completely clueless and couldn't see what she was doing because she forgot her glasses. This store needs to do a better job keeping staff and keeping up with serving customers. I'd rather go to the South Side McDonald's and get treated like a valued customer, than go to this dump! NEVER AGAIN!
Should update that they no longer serve breakfast and there hours of operation all over the place.. I understand that it's because of being short staffed but it would be nice to know.
I waited for about over 40 minutes to just order and pay yet I still get a burger with cheese when I asked for no cheese. I am disappointed because this isn’t the first time this has happened. This Burger King is seriously understaffed. Now I have to wait another 20 minutes to get my order fixed.
It's like you guys can't do your job 3rd time in a row ordered 2 burgers no mustard and you guys forgot the pickles everytime!! And then roll your eyes at me cuz you got it wrong then asked for the food back and your not supposed to
