Everyone is so happy and jolly they even try to and don't get frustrated! (He has a Dutch accent.) They are completely PATIENT AND KEEP THEIR COOL! Coffee is ok but they flirt with my husband with me in the car at the drive thru. They don’t chat like that when it’s me and my female friends. It’s creepy. Lost a family of customers over your desperate employees.
Awesome menu selection. Employees are super nice. However, order is often wrong in some way or another.
Love their coffee and prices! Only thing I don’t like is their drive thru. You have to wide turn around the corner or you’ll absolutely hit the curb. Every time. They need to trim down the curb Bc it’s square and not rounded. But coffee is great!
Didn't like how the person at the window asked for a tip, thought that was a little rude. Also it was over $6 for a latte, crazy expensive. We asked for smalls but were given and charged for 16oz which I thought was was medium.
I love Biggby Coffee!!!! The girls there know me by name and always fix my drinks and sandwichs to perfection. Even though I only get to see them through a small window the ladies there always speak and smile and say Hey Vona. It's just a great feeling to get good breakfast and great customer service all in one!!!! I will never drink coffee from anywhere else but Biggby Coffee you ladies ROCk?
My wife and I stopped in the drive thru for the first time and she said this place was better than Starbucks.
