Nice. The food choice was good. Looking out for my health and had the shrimp and chicken dish. Skip the mash potatoes and you should be good.
Came in on a Sunday March 27 2022 night time around 8:45 pm waited for like 5 minutes, no server or waiter/ waitress present and the waitress that did pop out of the kitchen didn't even try to approach me and my wife for dinner. The place didn't look that busy with only a row of seats by the window that was occupy with other guest. Left and never coming back. Expected this place to be still as good as when I use to come here but I guess covid took a turn for this place.
Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never been in a restaurant as dirty as this. Started with the doors and windows, dust/food crumbs and drinks spilled on windowsills and walls (clearly stuck on for months), food and straws in booth cracks, rips in booth cushions, food and condiments covered the salt and pepper shakers, floors clearly not vacuumed or cleaned for days. Tap beer we extremely flat and food, well thankfully that had flavor, but clearly frozen and they did not listens to how we wanted our burgers built. There were 2 waitresses and the manager taking care of the entire dinning area and bar. Definitely understaffed but this place needs more than additional staff on hand. John Taffer and Gordon Ramsey…please HELP!
Well where do I begin.....don't waste your time or money. Bf and I decided to do date night on a non-date night. Was planning Texas Roadhouse but when arrive parking lot was full so went to Applebee's. And it begins.......1st, hostess who seated us told bf not to step on olive on floor yet all employees thru after never cleaned it up. 2nd, when you know ppl in bartending and bf orders a margarita ? and it's served in martini glass. Not to mention being charged for a margarita. It's been few yrs since there last and it's honestly going to be my last ever! Had heard business was going down hill......well you not a kiddin, that's an understatement. Bf made comment, cuz I like the fancy like country song by Walker Hayes, "Well idk about an oreo shake for date night but I'll never bring her back if I wanna keep her!"
I order 3 plates of hot wings the waitress told me to pick the flavor soon as I picked the flavor she told me I can only pick one flavor of wings I told her I come here a lot I order the same all the time why I can't choose what I want and why is it different flavor? of sauce chicken came out no sauce they put it in a cup bourbon ? with ? taste like soap under cooked drink was not made correct. Food was nasty. And all the waitress could say was we short of staff like what me as a customer care all I care about my hard work dollar I had to pay for nasty food and you shouldn't even make that as a excuse on why thing's was taste like soap in under cooked.
The food is still passable, kids mac appeared to be Kraft, prices slightly high, short staffed so long waits. Bring your patience and good nature. It's tough for everyone right now.
Very short staffed..They had no ice cream for their shakes..I asked for napkins..never got them..we had to ask for silverware..messed up the drinks and orders. And they had no steak sauce for our steaks…WTH??
I went in for a Brandy and sweet. Just Brandy and 7 Up. He made me an old fashioned and charged me $6.00 for the drink, and when I left, he called me sir. Never going back there again.
*ZERO STARS* If I could give them a zero I would, they deserve nothing more. My friends and I visited the Applebee's in Sheboygan, WI. we all ordered food we were comfortable with and looking forward to. The only thing of our entire meal that was decent were the fountain drinks. My shake was brought to me spilling out of my cup leaking all down the sides. My fries were burnt. My chicken had much too much pepper, and my pasta tasted gross. Our steak was rare when we asked for done, there wasn't seasoning on it, and there was a problem with the mashed potatoes. Our last was wonton tacos which are usually a hit but were burnt and had too much sauce on them. I was honest with my wait staff that none of us liked the food, and she was quick to bring her manager for us. That was very nice of her, except the manager was completely disrespectful. He cut me off while I was talking, told me what I "should have done," and was very condescending and defensive. This is not how you work with people, especially the ones paying for your paycheck. I haven't had worse service in years, including pre pandemic. I am also HOH/Deaf with a service dog and am wondering if that played a part in our gross mistreatment. I advise anyone to grab the taco bell next door or the noodles across the street. Do not dine in at this place, especially if you are Queer or disabled
