This place is horrible. Placed a mobile order to be picked up at 3:30. Sat here for 15 min waiting on a large fry. 2 cars in the drive through, and 1 table dining. I ain’t tryin to hear about short staffing. 15 minutes for a large fry is unacceptable. Everything else was cold. Asked for a manager and they never came out the office. I’ll never come back here. Pretty sad.

Service coukd definitely be friendlier!!! Food was oaky, didn't really seemed that fresh... my nuggets were super cold and rubbery. You coukd tell they were not fresh at all. Bery disapointing!
They must’ve hired a new driver thru person because I just had a good experience! We didn’t feel rushed while ordering and she even suggested some stuff on the menu for us. I didn’t get her name but on our receipt it says our host was Savannah so I’m hoping that’s her. If so, she’s amazing! & y’all need to hire more people like her! Her customer service is amazing. Oh yea, very pleased with this Wendy's on WASHINGTON. Ordered through door dash, had extra add ons and they got everything on point! And my food was hot. Was wary because I have horrible experiences with ordering food through door dash, not the dashers fault.... Whoever made my spicy chicken sandwich at about 7:00pm, thank you!!! Tell them give you a day off.
The food was very good and the people are very NICE the bathroom are always a mess HOW ever is cleaning them they need to do a better job
Simply the best fast food chili paste it from Georgia to Minnesota keep up the good work service was great as well
Employees are usually nice they're typically busy between 5-8 for dinner.
Never had my order wrong, fries are always hot and the Frosty machine has never been broken. Makes up for the long drive thru lines. Customer service is better than any other fast food place in town as well.
This is the only place I can honestly say is a good place to go, yeah it’s busy allot but that’s ok I’d rather wait because I know my food will be there and not forgotten and it is most of the time fresh
