It WAS good in the past. They forgot part of my food. I called immediately but did not receive a call back for a couple of hours. (had to get food elsewhere - bought 2 dinners that night) I am still not sure what she said to me but I got no resolution. The food I did get was NOT good. Old and rubbery ribs. The portions have decreased too. Now looking for a new spot!:(
Great Chinese food here, I got the Mongolian beef combo dinner, excellent bang for the buck, includes pork fried rice, choice of egg roll or soup, wonton chips and a cookie. Everything cooked fresh to order and was delicious. I'll definitely be returning.
You can Never go wrong with Uptown China/RongHua. Everything on the menu is an absolute delight! You're appreciated. :-)

I order from here maybe once a month never really had a problem today I ordered and waited 2 hrs for my food to get here & it’s cold I called to complain lady who answers say she doesn’t think my food is cold lol and offers $2 off next order
When they first opened I ordered food for delivery. I found Staples in my food which tells me you're not careful with what they sent out therefore I never ordered from there again and will never order from there again.
The food is generally good. The portions are large and it’s more or less the Chinese food you get everywhere. Ordering, though, is hard. There’s a lot of yelling, they don’t put you on hold, and rather than correcting a mistake, they’ll say they’ll give you a free entree next time you call but then make no record of that call. If they implemented a tracking system, it would be perfect.
