Has door dash deliver and then the delivery time is even longer. Won't be ordering here ever again
From talking to them on the phone down to the food. This place is terrible. It won't let me post a picture of the pizza. But if this is what comes out your establishment. Please do everyone a favor and close your doors. Terrible.
Skinny driver with red hair showed up to my friends house where I had delivery to with a gun.
I wish I could give it zero stars. First of all, this was me giving them a second chance. The first time I ordered, the pizza was undercooked but I decided to try one more time. When I ordered, I specifically wrote in the instructions that my ankle is broken so please bring it to my door. Instead, the driver left it right inside the door of the apartment building, on the nasty floor, RIGHT NEXT TO THE EFFING GARBAGE CAN. Luckily a neighbor saw and was nice enough to bring it to me. To make it worse. It was COMPLETELY undercooked. So I call and they said they would send another out right away. An hour later, nothing. I call again to get my money back and they have me on hold for 10 minutes before THEY hung up. Worst experience ever with a pizza place and I personally will never order from there again. I've had great food at different toppers before, but I will NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE.
It was my daughter's birthday. Great pizza great price! Even when I get delivery, they have great pizza!! Only one mistake after all the time we ordered.
We recently moved to Racine and wanted some quick plant based food. We decided on Toppers. We didn’t have the highest expectations. But, Toppers impressed us. The person who took our order was polite and helpful. The person who delivered our food was very nice as well. They delivered quickly. Then food was really good too! It was all perfectly cooked. Really good experience overall. Thanks!
If I could share zero stars at this location, I would. This store is a complete fail. I ordered 14 pizzas in advance (3 days) before for a 40 person party that I had. I chose this location because it was less than 5 miles from the Racine Zoo and surprisingly had good reviews which is obviously a false statement. Nobody was at this store location, nobody answered the phone, when we drove to this store it was completely empty. They did in fact charge my card but still….delivered us absolutely nothing. What a complete disaster. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place is terrible, a waste of time and unprofessional on so many levels. Disgusting!!!!
