Damien and Rebecca are a true blessing for Racine. Great place, great food, and great people. Wish I had more time to spend at this wonderful establishment. You seriously need to check them out.

I went here today to do a backdrop setup for a clients private event held here and this place was such a vibe. The music was great, the owners were extremely nice & welcoming and The establishment was super clean. They had just had an event and you wouldn't have even known. I can't wait to go back another time to try the food. So happy to know this place is here.
The Ole School music was Awesome. The male bartender was great the drinks were banging. The misunderstanding was the food service. Orders were over an hour behind. When I went to the Lady bartender. Who had taken my Money. Because rib tips are a cash only transaction. I look at her from my table we made eye contact. She nodded as if she knew by then it had been an hour. Another 30 minutes, I approach her. She see me coming and B lines to washroom. I still patiently waiting. When she comes out the wash room. As she stayed in washroom several minutes. I am still waiting mind you @ the bar. So, as she comes out, I asked about my food. She tells me to Shut up and Sit Down... That's when Things Went Down Hill..at that point, I No Longer wanted Food.. It was REFUND TIME..then as Children do.. She runs to the back and Lies to Owner. About what was said... I am Grown I Own Mine. But, Do Not LIE....
Rated a 3 due to staff didn't greet when walking in or say anything to us as we left. Bar wasn't busy. It was our group of 4 plus 2 other couples. We only had drinks. Didn't try food.
I want to like this place so much but when you get bad service not once but twice, I just got to say something. I iked this bar when first open but the last time I was here in December food and bartender was not right. First I get on the food, I was out for my mom birthday so treat on me I order two 10 piece wings with fries. Food come out and it wasn't edible like fried too hard to the point I couldn't enjoy it. Tell bartender she basically ignored me. After 30 minutes of waiting I ask her again what did they say, she say they can't do nothing about the food, seeing I didn't touch anything but fries. So me being me I went to the back and talk to the cook, she tells me that she told the bartender to write my name down and how much I paid, but she will come out and do it. So bartender lied. Cook come out and she do what she said she was gone do which I respect because I paid a lot for drink and food plus tips. So let come to tonight I come in tell them I want the food they said they will honor, guess what they didn't. The same bartender was here tonight and she ignored us. Let people go before us whom came after us, note not pack. Which bring me why I wrote this. I really wanted to like it here. Music is always a vibe. I just won't come here unless he get better customers service. Sad because it's black owner.
So annoyed I don’t even know where to start with this review. 1st I called and was left on hold over 6minsMy husband and I were driving back from Detroit we live in MKE, long story short on our drive back home we googled Soul food near us and This place popped up. 26 min drive so we went got there NO SOUL FOOD FOR TODAY (which is a SUNDAY) Something so simple COULDVE been said before I was placed on hold. But I guess. Moral of the review on Sundays call and asking before wasting gas and time.
I am blown away at how great the food is. The chicken was the best I’ve ever had in my life. They have amazing service and were extremely nice.
Cute Black owned friendly bar. 1st time visiting....staff and patrons/customers were so nice, funny and good people. Someone even bought the house a round.Please, please, please....u gotta try the fried ribs. OMG...I've had dried fried ribs (chinese style) ...but dude said actual fried ribs....he was for REAL FOR REAL and the bbq sauce...very good and served hot...lol dipped my fry and burnt my a## off. 5 Stars!
Great place to go. Good food and always a good time. Also benefit to support a businessman that is a local and acheiving there goals and dreams. Great place.
