I come here pretty often because it is the only one on my way to work. I can count on one hand how many good experiences ive had. They frequently forget items, very often unprofessional (often appear to be high), and wait times are usually ridiculous (have been in line now for nearly 20 mins, and the drive through is single lane so I cant leave)....... just got my food, ordered the steak nacho fries burrito, but I got nacho fries. Hands down, the worst Taco bell ive ever been to, and there are some bad Taco Bells out there. Despite the awful service, ive continued to come here just out of convenience, but nothing is convenient about this place. I will never come here again. **Edit** One month later and I still havent been back. It must be the area because the popeyes right there is garbage too.

They need to get their mobile orders corrected! Our order was purchased and said ready! When we went to pick it up they said they did not have it and we must of ordered at another store. We looked and thought maybe the other store but they didn't have it. Went back to this original store and now they had our food! After it has been setting on the counter in the back from the first time we left!
I would appreciate it if they cooked my quesadilla next time :)Also didn’t give me a straw for my drink, or the sauce I asked for.
A little slow tonight, the order was correct this time, but has been wrong in the past. Could use a little more chips in the chips and cheese bag. Took about 45 minutes with maybe 4 people in front of me in the drive through. But I have have longer waits there in the past.
Another order wrong ! Wages go up, service goes down. Haven't had a good experience there ever ! Unless you want to sit in the drive thru and pass everyone off because your checking your order !!!
"Went there one evening to be told people didnt show up today so we are closed. We are waiting for the manager to get here." I understand short staffed but on a professional level for the franchise as a whole-this is going to make a business go under. Customers want food made safely and right, businesses open when they say they are and dont want unsanitary conditions. If you cant do any of these or do not care, sell the franchise or close the doors.
Service was nearly nonexistent. However an off duty employee was able to help us out. Food quality tho.. we all know Taco Bell is Life. ??
I just leftd This place I was in the drive-through I looked One girl was coughing And sneezing everywhere that’s at a Taco Bell employeer how do I know she does not have Covid i’m going straight to the health department file a complaint on this place and have them shut down immediately before somebody gets sick
Tried going through drive thru at the Regency Mall area at 10:30 PM tonight. I was not able to order. I was told that they were only doing Door Dash or Grubhub orders. Four employees were just walking around looking through the window. I couldn't just drive away as there were cars in front of me and behind. There store hours, both dine in and drive thru are posted. Drive thru is open until 2 AM. If I could give this place a negative score, I would.
