This continues to be the worst taco bell on the face of the planet. Always have an excuse to not take your order, or for your order to be as simple as them to make as possible. Always out of something, no chips, no beef, no beans, no shells, and sometimes they come up with how they cant take certain payments, some nights they cant take cards, some they cant take cash. Its a complete joke. Save yourself the time and avoid this place at all costs.

The Taco Bell on Washington has gone way down hill the staff their act like they hate their job!!! Things are to expensive nowadays to get treated like your the problem haven’t in joyed a drive through visit there in for years always missing something and today’s visit 23 dollars when I got to the window nobody behind me asked if I could add one item was told “Absolutely not we don’t do add on’s at the window” waited 5 minutes nobody came behind me they could of done it! Was the first time I got my hot sauce I asked for that I was happy with

I asked for The deluxe craving box they gave me a beef Chalupa not a steak Chalupa I couldn’t even eat the top of the Chalupa because it was so hard. They gave me the soggiest hard shell I’ve ever seen from Taco Bell. And a five layer burrito has rice chicken tomatoes in it have no idea never again

Spent over $40, waited 10 mins (which isn’t a problem) thinking we were getting fresh food. But No everything was cold and was messy and soggy. (We only live 3 mins away) Our nacho grande was poorly made, and my burrito was half rice half meat. Why is so hard to put the meat evenly on the burrito? If I wanted a rice I would’ve just made it at home.

They're always missing items, so be sure to double check when you get your food. Today they just outright refused to give me a drink even though it was part of my order. I don't know if it's because I used the app or something, but I have never had a good experience at this location so I'm not giving them the benefit of the doubt.

When I pulled up to the drive thru menu a young lady informed me that they would be closing soon. As she is telling me, I hear a man in the background yelling to her "damn it's another one? tell em tuh hurry up, we bout tuh close". No more than 10 seconds passes, as I'm looking at the menu deciding, when the girl says "sir you have to hurry up". I look at the time and it's 15 minutes before closing. I didn't say anything, I just drove off. Customer service was very unprofessional.

This Taco Bell has the WORST customer service ever!!!! Today marked the 3rd time that we have been in the drive thru and they tell us they are not accepting drive thru orders, yet the person in front of us is getting an order!!!!! If you don’t want drive thru orders put up a sign. It’s not a difficult concept. I have worked in the service industry my whole life and employees like this are what give the industry a bad name.

You app order ahead and even arrive a few late, and you STILL wait for it in front of the take out window! Then the bag that holds your food is so weak it shreds in your hand and your food falls over your car seats. Ridiculous!

Terrible experience. I can understand being short staffed but I was the only customer in the lobby and it took 15 minutes for 2 burritos. To make things worse there was a group of Taco Bell regional managers grilling someone who was hoping for a managers position. If it had been me, and I had been treated this way in public, I would have walked out. Burritos also inedible, tortillas hard and messy construction. Wont be back.
