After he swiped the credit card the employee said it didn’t go through and swiped our card again. When we arrived home I noticed I had 2 charges on my card. The 17.50 we spent and a second charge for 23.00. I called the store to have the charge removed. Just void the additional sale, remove the charge, or at least make a promise to get it canceled in the morning. Nope the woman says I have to come back to the store tonight and wait in the drive thru for her to refund me. We were fourth in line the first time and it took 45 minutes. By the time I got to the location to get a refund for a fraudulent charge there were 13 cars in line. Even though she knew who I was and why I was there knocking on the door the supervisor refused to help me. She told me on the phone she would not allow me to jump ahead of other customers. And if I wanted my 23.00 I had to wait in line. Didn’t care that I had to go to work, that we had already spent an hour at this store or that they were in the wrong. Now my bank is contesting the charge. Ps. The order was missing items, and wet.
Service was great and fast, which I am not used to with this taco bell. But about 7 hours after eating here, I began getting stomach cramps, body aches, little feverish, vomiting and diarrhea. Looked it up... symptoms of food poisoning.
We had a big order so I can excuse a few small thing missing, we didn't get a single taco and a side of chips and cheese. The rest of our order was correct and tasted great.
Only gave a star because I had too. I don't know what was up with these taco shells, but they tasted like some sort of chemical was on them. I don't know what stale taco shells taste like but out 10, not 1 could be eaten. My kids were crying and me being pregnant was highly upset. I will be contacting corporate Monday Morning. Ridiculous!
Food was cold and stale. Burrito fell apart and shell was flaky. Hard taco was broken and in pieces when I opened it up. Chips for nachos were very stale. Don’t know why the prices keep going up when the quality gets worse by the day.
Just went through the drive through at this Taco Bell location on Douglas ave. Service person was very nice and took my order down correctly. Didn’t take long for food. Was really fast. Order was completely correct. The food was hot and good. Would definitely come back here and recommend!! Awesome job!!
More and more my orders are missing items and the chalupa shells seem to be uncooked these days. This is disheartening because this Taco Bell on Douglas used to be really good but now seems to be going down hill really fast. It's not too far away from being like the one on Washington which I refuse to give my business.
The drive thru was only open at the time and they had a pretty good line going when I got there. I had no trouble ordering and the line moved quicker than expected. Greeted ok at the window and off I was. I would go back again because of quick and easy service.
Orders a few Cantina Tacos and as always they "forget" do add something . This time they forgot to add not only the sour cream but also Cantina tacos are supposed to be put in "taco boats" no?? Reason for this is because the fall apart real easy!! Consistency is key and the people at this location just are not "consistent"These employees are not new either. They should know what goes in or on your items!!!Get it together people!!!I don't know if it's an issue with you not having enough people working or just the staff is not properly trained to be able to work efficiently. . I have picked up a number of orders here and some of your staff have a difficult time paying attention to what is on the order and end up getting complaints from customers because there are either the are missing items from there order and or they were given the wrong itemsThen you have some EMPLOYESS who don't even know how to look up and order.whether it was a Door Dash., Uber eats, etc!!!!I also see employees are either talking on there phones or doing something else while you have a long line of customer at your Drive thru waiting to place an.order???!!!!Whomever is in charge of running this TacoBell really needs to take some time to speak with your employees about these issues.No reason why on average many of us have to wait 25-55 minutes in the drive thru!! Yes, that is the actual average wait time I have experienced on a busy night!!Today was another challenge. We where told that because of you being under staffed yet again, the average wait time was an average of 45 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!How can you call this "Fast Food", seriously???!!!Whoever the owner is of this store needs to start paying some attention to you restaurant and make some serious changes!!!!!!
Wait times are always stupidly long, my order always has some small error (the forgot my sauce and my taco was cold) but I got food so that's something I guess
