My go to store for a great sub sandwich. Very polite staff who always provide great service with a smile.
Out of all the subways in Racine, the spring street location is BY FAR my favorite!! It’s always the same two people working and they’re always polite, extremely courteous, and very quick! Their customer service is impeccable and the food is what it should be. The vegetables are always fresh and never soggy. I’m always greeted as soon as I walk in, and no matter how busy they are, they make the sandwiches quick and never complain or show attitude, they’re always pleased to take care of you. It’s rare to find that nowadays, especially in fast food. ChicFilA ain’t got nothin on this subway ????
The steak and cheese sub looks better in the photo than what you actually get, plus it cost way too much for what you get ?

Out of all the subways in racine we love this one the most. Friendly staff all the time, fresh ingredients, and they learned our son's sandwhich by heart. A real subway family. We love it. We will drive extra just to come here.

I ordered through Doordash. No dasher was available so I called the store and asked if I can pick it up; the store worker said to cancel the order so I don't have to pay for the delivery fee. I do that and come in and he tells me I don't get my food or my money back because I canceled the order.
