I come here EVERY DAY and not once have I ever complained about anything. I ask for extra Carmel in my drink and they have always given me either none. Or way to much. I just let it go because it’s not a huge deal but today the lady came up to the window saying “I used half a bottle” and walked away. They filled half my cup up with Carmel. What makes it so hard to do extra Carmel. I could understand if I was complaining to them all the time but not once have I , so now I can’t even drink my drink because they put literally half a bottle of Carmel in it. It’s not that hard to just put a little bit in. I don’t pay 6 dollars a coffee to not even get coffee. Do better !!! Every day it is something. I never thought extra Carmel would be so hard to understand The attitude and passive aggressiveness is uncalled for when the customer comes everyday and never once complained.
Line is always wrapped around. The parking lot is a complete nightmare. Winding narrow pathway shared with Taco Bell! The line wraps so far around that anyone trying to leave or trying to enter almost wreck and cause for back up traffic constantly. Never enough staff. Mobile order is almost always off. Sometimes the mobile order wont let me order head, due to out of product. However, miraculously if I go in, if and when lobby is open or go through the drive thru, I am able to order a drink that is out of stock without any changes or variations to the coffee! Get it together, please....
I came 10 minutes to close the cashier had problems swiping my card maybe they didn’t want to make my drink and it was way too sweet like it was done purposely but I am almost positive this is spit in my drink, didn’t notice it until ice melted that is DISGUSTING
The line moved fast but my Carmel latte was terrible. I could of went back and got a new one but that is so inconvenient.
My barista was a peach, an absolute delight! I didn’t grab her name but she had short hair and was working the drive thru. Most drive thru workers could just hand you your food/drink and on to the next but this Starbucks always goes above and beyond! ☕️
I don't know what to say because this was my first time going here on Durand and Green Bay, they didn't get my order right and they didn't have wanted. I asked for and they just gave me the wrong tea like really. Ok then. They were out of everything I was asking for. No lemon and a few other things. Not saying that they are bad but they are very busy and they run out of things at night, but, note when making an order you should tell the customer that we are out of this and that. For that reason lack of communication I give them 2 ⭐⭐
Went to the drive thru, ordered two mango dragon fruits with lemonade. When I got to the window the girl opened the window so hard that it slammed back shut and then she just walked off and started making our drinks. Drinks were literally all ice and finished it in two drinks. Very bad customer service and just rude.

I find this so ridiculous. Went in to buy 1 lb of whole beans. Wanted 1/2 bag ground for a French Roast and the other half for espresso. They could grind it, but could not put 1/2 beans in a brown bag because it's not standard practice. It was their brown bag they use for sandwiches. Etc.... apparently associates are not allowed to think outside the box...sad. I will have to go online and get Peet's. I used to ❤❤ Starbucks.
