So..um.. I ordered Venti Americano for my colleague and I got approximately 1/3 cup of air.Idk... is water expensive nowadays?There is a Penera Bread in the same plaza, you should probably consider going there.2 stars are for the friendly staff.
Employees need to mind their own business, keep the names of people who don't associate out of their mouths with gossip and, don't speak on things they no nothing about.
Brandon has great customer service! Hard to find now days as everyone is rude and heartless but this man was great. He smiles and holds small talk every time. I would definitely make him a manager!

I love my Starbucks drinks. Staff is always super friendly and my orders are always made good and served relatively quickly.
So a couple months ago I found a bug in my drink.( chocolate almondmilk shaken espresso) I contacted corporate since this location doesn't seem to have working phones. I was informed it would be taken care of.
Passing through but everywhere I went said, mask required if not vaccinated. Then Starbucks, lobby closed and 'mask required by local mandate'. Well, which is it? More importantly, for a billion dollar company with record profits, you can't keep a lobby open or clean?
Ordered a grande nitro swet cream coffee and a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. When I walked in my sandwich was ready but my coffee wasn't. I had to wait for my coffee. It appeared my slip was misplaced snd it was taking care of right away. I will be back. Staff friendly and working so hard during morning rush.
I come here because it’s right by my house but after some of my recent experiences I will make the trip to a different location.Two days ago I ordered a chocolate almond milk shaken espresso and after taking a sip I noticed something in my mouth.. hoping it was part of the coffee I took it out to find an ant.I also received a completely smushed cake pop. I attempted to call the store for that best hour only to have a busy signal. So I then called corporate and let them know.I’m disgusted.
Good place for coffee, its the average Starbucks.
