They have went down hill. I used to love the food here, steak tacos and enchiladas, now every time I order from them or one of my family members do, it's ice cold , or the taste is not good , or they mess up on the order. Today it was both, my mother ordered two plates of enchiladas. They gave her one plate enchiladas and one plate of hard shell tacos with beef n pork tacos in it. I called them and let them know that they messed up and he didn't even offer to fix the problem I had to ask him can she come and get another plate of enchiladas since you guys forgot to give her her enchilada plate and the guy said yes. When my son went to get the second place of enchiladas they were chicken instead of ground beef which they were originally supposed to be they also did not taste good and had no sauce on them. This used to be one of my favorite Mexican places to eat and they have completely changed now. My mom says hers tastes burnt.
I have only gone in here to pick up food for Door Dash, but the staff is friendly and they have incredibly cheap alcohol!
Great Mexican food! Delicious… and big portions! I love their tostados and the guacamole! Mmmm! I have never had anything to eat from Sante Fe that wasn’t delicious! Highly recommended!
I always give this place another chance. I always regret it. every. single. time. today was no different. told me 30 minutes. cool. I showed up in 35. they couldn't even find my ticket and when they did it was still up front by the phone. instead of admitting this mistake and moving forward. the little kid running things lies and keeps telling me it's almost done etc. even though I just watched him walk my ticket to the back. lo and behold. exactly 30 minutes of sitting and waiting, my order is done. Not even a sorry for your inconvenience. Never again, pinky swear.
This place is not good anymore. We just ordered lengua tacos, side of rice, side of beans, and what was supposed to be a plate of ground beef tacos with rice and beans ended up being just 3 ground beef tacos. The ground beef was dried out and the shells were so hard I felt like I was going to break my teeth. The rice was dry and hard like it was the last left and they had to scrape it from the bottom of the pot. The beans were way to salty. The lengua tacos were asked for cheese on them but we got no cheese and the lengua was disgusting and cold. We paid $28 for some nasty last of the pot food. We won't be back and we live down the street. We will continue to go back to Pico's and we are always satisfied with our food and money worth. If you haven't tried Pico's on 3 mile I highly recommend them. They are way better quality of food.

Food was literally burnt, tomatoes were soggy and slimy and when I called to complain the guy argued with me trying to tell me that I asked for it to be that way , refused to remake or refund continuously consisted that I ordered it that way if I could give zero stars I would NEVER eating there again Horrible customer service as well
