I’d give absolutely no starts if possible. I went here this evening around 730pm. There were two women working. I went through the drive thru. I asked for chicken and they told me it’s going to be a wait on chicken? Like all chicken. I continued over and over to say I’d wait. Then they continued to say we only have two pieces of chicken left you want that or no? Then I said no I’d wait. Then I heard the girls keep giggling over the intercom and said it will be 25 minutes for chicken. I said again I’d wait. Then they asked sides. I asked for coleslaw and they told me they didn’t have it. I asked for mashed potatoes they said they didn’t have it. I asked what sides do you have then? They said we have one thing of fries left. Overall I’m extremely frustrated. It’s suppose to be a chicken place and doesn’t even have that come on! Obviously these girls just didn’t want to work. I will never return
Always out of something they were out of pies from today's visit. They forgot my fries then when I came back around the girl tried saying I didn't order fries and I told her I had the receipt and was charged for them. She still tried arguing saying I didn't order them. When I got to the window and showed my receipt she was dumb founded.
They sold us this old chicken, which smelled like old grease recooked and knew that it was old. I took pictures and returned it. They didn't bother going back into the cash register, they gave me the money cash out their own pocket. I don't know what's going on here but they are about to food poison someone. I am definitely about to call the Racine City Public Health of Department. You could of poison my kids... This just happen 20 minutes ago, I am so disappointed. Ill Never buy from here again, too many strikes needs to be closed down. Look at the picture below!!!
Terrible business. Always out to food and never timely. Customer service is non existent. They need to either get their business together or just shut down. Never a good experience here but it's the only Popeyes near ??♀️
The absolute worst franchise in franchise history they're always out of something never any tenders smart mouth employees overall just needs to be closed down for good no one would miss Popeyes
Just absolutely ghetto. The employees have the education of a pet rock. No customer service skills or speaking skills whatsoever. Slower than molasses. Also the employees have no manners and act like it’s everyone else’s fault they work at Popeyes. Lastly…..SANITATION WHO? They’ve never heard of her.
Not sure why but the manager is dedicated. He is the only one that arrives daily and no one else does. And is still polite. True champ.
Only people in line, ordered 4 apple pies and a small Mac n cheese. Was told 7 min and they’d bring it out to us. 15 min later I knocked on door and they finally came to say they had no Mac n cheese so they gave 2 more apple pies which would’ve been fine but they weren’t apple but I think some sort of mixed berry or raspberry which my child is allergic to. If I lived in. Same town I would’ve brought them back but I do not live in Racine. A very unsafe way to run a well known food chain!
we ordered a family box it was all thighs and drumsticks. not one breast.
Hopelessly understaffed the day I was there.A one person show.The young woman was overwhelmed but got us all our food as quickly and efficiently as she could.I'm sorry I didn't get her name.The food was hot and fresh and delicious!
