Ordered almost $60 in pizza and one was not made correct when I brought it to their attention the younger shorter young lady at the register blew her lips walked away and said for someone else to do bc they basically doesn't have time to deal with me . Mind you I never became rude with her . The other taller girl took care of it she was a bit better about it but if you don't have customer service you need a new job .especially if you can not follow directions .
They stole my food charged my card and when I called someone tried to get smart other phone then hung up on me! So lucky I'm livid but there are other problems other than some unprofessional, irresponsible pizza hut on Washington.
I went through the website for my order but did not receive my delivery. I waited 2 hours and finally called the store. They told me that their computers were down and I would get a refund. However, I have not received any kind of confirmation that this would happen.
I never got my food, went to pick up and the store was closed. No one contacted me to tell me why they accepted my order and it was listed as “ready” but it was actually never made. Also used my free pizza coupon and can’t get another.
Well I ordered a pizza! never received anything but then I get a call 20mins later from whomever is closing and he says sorry I forgot to turn the internet off so I cancelled your order and your money should return to your card and hurry and hung up in my face.
The pizza was warm when it arrived but it was flat and dry and lifeless like an old pizza was reheated and delivered to me. It was hard and like chewing on jerky.
Ordered delivery and got a text saying my food was being delivered through doordash. Haven't even gotten my food yet and already irritated at the fact that I paid 4.50 for a delivery fee when i have dashpass, but pizza hut isn't even on doordash. It's already 15 past my expected delivery time.
Try and hire more delivery drivers. Food took almost two hours, and I only live one mile away. Food arrived cold and pizza was soggy at the bottom. I called the store and was told by the manager that I would receive a credit and nothing!!
The pizza was dry and looked like it had been sitting a while before delivery. Not even warm I would not bring my business back
My ordered food was not delivered after waiting for almost two hours; and when I called to inquire about the delay, the manager told me I had attitude, and hung up on me. Retraining your employees for good etiquette is in order.
