I scheduled my pick up but then arrived too early. I let the employee know I was going to wait in my car until the appointed time. Before I had a chance to go in at the right time, he was delivering my order to the car. Very nice!
We waitied almost an hour for hour food we got our food at 6:55pm it was soppued to be at apartment at 6:16pm said on the app. We got two orders of cajun wings we asked for one order to be buffalo burning hot wings, we orded one cajuns and one buffalo burning hot. Then we asked nicely for plates, and we did not get plates we got parsemen cheese instead that we never asked. The driver was rude and disrespectful.
Over the past few weeks, they have been consistently closed to deliveries, something that the app doesn't tell you until you go all the way through and try to order. If you want pizza delivered, better off going somewhere else.
improve the quality of the food & service. Both are slipping (and don't use covid as an excuse). A couple extra minutes to ensure quality would go a long way.
They’ve given me solid and consistently good service for quite awhile now. You guys don’t get enough recognition for your hard work. Thank you for being the great employees you are and hope you all had a happy holiday season. By the way, my pizza was perfect last night!!
Normally delivery is pretty quick. Last night it took an hour from the time I was told my order was out for delivery until it arrived and was not exactly hot when it did. I live 10-15 minutes away. Never had this happen before. All together it was an hour and half, not the 25-35 minutes as shown on the website. I was disappointed.
I placed an order over the phone, drove the 20 minutes to get it and was told while pulling in the parking lot they cancelled my order. I told them I was there and they said wait another 30 minutes and come back and they would go ahead and make it. I drove around and came back and then I was AGAIN told they did not make my pizza! The staff was rude and indifferent. I am done with Pizza Hut! This was the worst customer service I have EVER received!
Ordered pizza at 4:27, notified at 5:45 that pizza was finally out for delivery, took half an hour to go 1.9 miles. Pizza was cold. Very dissatisfied.
The pizza was piping hot, tasted great and the curbside service was excellent.
It took over 40 minutes for our pizza to arrive once it left the store. By the time we got our food it was cold.
